What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

We just updated our QuickBooks integration to be two-way sync (instead of 1-way), with the ability to create and send proposals right from Pipeline! What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

You can stuff so much information into one page, also like their Ideas category to add ideas that they may add! I love the ability to customize and add as much information ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

If it's an old company with many uploaded it's hard to find the forms you need. It can take a few hours. I've sent them an idea about adding a view key to see what the document looks like rather than having to open something fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
