What do you like best about DevRev?
The thoughtful integration between the 'Dev' and 'Rev' functions is the main highlight according to me. We were earlier on JIRA and our homegrown customer support app. After switching to devrev, the manual back and forth process has been completely eliminated. This has freed up productive hours to be spent on actual customer issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about DevRev?
As there is a lot of activity in our tickets, I receive tons of notifications from the mobile app. Looking forward to an update to make it more streamlined. Also being a daily driver, there is further scope to make the UX more intuitive for new folks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?
DevRev is very helpful for connecting customers directly with the company. Sometimes companies lose track of what exactly companies want, I think DeRev helps solve that problem very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?
It is a perfect tool to see user sessions and analyse how live users interact with the app. Also, it helps us to identify crashes and anr. It helps a lot in understanding whether the user is getting smooth or stuck at some point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UserExperior docs are not updated regularly, which leads to confusion most of the time while integrating. Right now it is not able to capture some native crashes which are visible in firebase but not reflexted here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using UserExperior for some time now, and I must say, it's absolutely fantastic! I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. Well, to be honest, there isn't much I dislike about UserExperior. However, if I had to point out a minor inconvenience, it would be the occasional delay in data processing.
