"Helped save our Android app"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

We were getting crash reports in our Android app and our developer couldn't pinpoint the issue. After using BrowserStack to test across multiple devices we were able to find the source of the problem and correct it ASAP.

The service isincredibly easy-to-use for non-developers, which was a huge plus for us after going back-and-forth with our own app developer to no avail. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Not all devices are available. This is not clear before upgrading from the free version. We wanted to test on a Redmi Note 12, but only the Note 8 was available.

I wish there was some way of maintaining an idle session for a bit longer. An extra click to maintain a session before you might be stepping away would be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The best part about Browserstack is that it provides a lot of features under one roof. We get tools for mobile automation testing such as App Automate and Automate for website testing on different browsers.

It is very easy to sync your testing with Browserstack. We need to just put some code to our framework and we are good to go with browserstack.

Although browserstack provides very detailed reports of our test yet we can also integrate it with other reporting tools such as Report Portal.

We dont need to download any application of integrate in our premises. It offers wide variety or feature under just one website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

It doesnt offer desktop automation testing else everything is good with Browserstack Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier we were using different tools for automation and manual testing. That takes a long time to launch devices and browsers which is a big problem for us. Hnece we switched to Browserstack and our testing process is now sorted and streamlined. Browserstack is helping us to test on real devices which are not physically with us which helps us to manage a cost effective testing environment in our organisation.
