1. Sometimes it's very slow: When we load a mobile device due to some issue it gets stuck at the booting screen & we need to refresh the page to get it working. (Please note: it happens only sometimes and it's not a frequent issue).

Main thing I like is how easily it works with my automation framework. I use Selenium mostly and it was not hard to connect with BrowserStack. You just run the test and it will execute on multiple browsers or devices, no setup required. Also I like the dashboard which shows session details and logs, helps in debugging. It works very well for testing our app on several devices. We used to have a pile of phones and tablets but we no longer need them. As an android developer i used to test my application in different device and with different screen ratios and different android version. Physically it is not possible to have such number of devices with different Android version.

Many times, during the day office hours, when there is heavy traffic, the clicked browser session does not load, or the session all of a sudden gets disconnected. We have been using browserstack automate for web and mobile tests with 20 slots. Also we are planning to migrate to browserstack test management as well because we wanted to have single provider for everything. There is big community for browserstack therefore it is easy for you to get the support and they have detailed implementation guidelines so that you can easily integrate with your applications.
