Reducing the set up costs and scalable reduction in pricing. Reducing the license fees based on Number of licenses or enterprise lilcensing solution will enable mass deployment of the RPA. If there are self help features by which deployment would be easier is most welcome. This would reduce the consulting costs which is the sizeable chunk as of now. As AA can be used for all kind of application i.e,. like Windows,Web etc . It is the best tool in Industry and very easy to use. No major coding required and anybody can use tool. The best part of AA is controller can be assessed form anywhere from any machine. From single controller I can operate complete Automation. As of now I didn't find anything which I cant do with Automation anywhere. But one thing which i observed with AA is that it directly integrated with Internet Explorer while doing Web testing which is not case with other browser so We have to install extension for that particular Web browser. If this dependency can be removed than AA is unbeatable in the market. After using for a while I have observed it is quite heavy as an application. It would be great if it gets light. It has very user friendly UI. Anyone can learn to use toll in short span. Has great features to integrate with custom .NET DLL. Also has IQ bot features which is the best for invoices processing. The new version A2019 is great we can use it anywhere on browser, its client is also cloud based. The Botstore of Automation anywhere is a plus point you get many pre built bots which are easy to be configured on your system and major chunk of your code is already built. To the downside of automation anywhere is that when compared to other tools you do not get floating runner license. Features are all great you require really less coding skills to use automation anywhere. Web automation extraction is little slow compare to other tools. The competition is stiff and the costing is always going to be a big game. If you compare to other automation platform the costing of AA is not very high but sooner you rolling into the Enterprise model, the costing is drastic. -Frequent bot agent disconnections and bot runtime issues with bot agents.
- Inability to describe detailed error of the issue caused because of the system or bot agent issue(not the code)
- Inability to wait dynamically to download IQbot output file. (needs to use API or create logic for dynamic wait)
- Standalone application of A2019 would have been better instead of using it in browser
- bot agent consumes lot of internet data
- bit irritating when it starts downloading dependencies before running the bot

Everything provided by Automation Anywhere is best of course, but if i want to mention one, it will be its feature to automate SAP using SAP Dll File.
As we are a multinational company, most of our business is on SAP and Automation Anywhere helped automating those complex, time consuming processes which our users used to perform on daily basis, which where non-productive and did not add any value to them. This really saved a lot of time
