Automation Anywhere is used for automating almost every type of process, be it excel automation or PDF automation. It let's you easily automate tasks using it's drag and drag features. The automation anywhere university is a great platform for people to learn about automation anywhere. It also provides certain certifications which can be used to increase your market value. There were some problems I faced while automating tasks in AA. One being backward compatibility. The readability of code is quite poor which makes it very difficult for developers to debug the code. It helps me like an pro to work place with such an efficient way to retrieve data process it and also do analytics with it what an awesome tool I have ever used till.

The dashboard is user-friendly but its not that damn good looking. I am biggest fan of its Version 11.0v but this A2019 dashboard looks are disturbing.
A2019 sound to fulfilled with technologies but still its ease of access and easy working compared to V11.0 makes it hard to work on with.

The best part of AA is ease of coding and it's flexibility of coding which helps us to achieve our complex automation result. I was new to RPA when I started using AA as fresher in 2018 and in starting I was very curious about RPA. There are multiple things which personally I wanted to be changed in updated version and this is what exactly happened. But still I want one more thing needs to be added in A2019 which is Parallel Processing (like UIPath). Once I was working with Java application and AA was unable to capture elements using taskbot while in metabot elements are available but it was not working properly, so please provide any solution for Java applications. What I like in the tool is the top down structure and was of the activities to use and it is very easy to debug the error in automation anywhere rather than other competitors like Uipath and blueprism. When you talk about the cognbitive services the tool is giving the best services with IQ Bot though little costly but it works very well with unstructured data. What I dislike is when we code in automation anywhere the code is lil clumsy you cannot understand easily when many if else comes it will be even harder to understand the code and the new cloud version is little slow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing is it is easy to use, if you work on same type of document on daily basis (like upload the invoices) then you can automate your work and the tool help you to repeat your work on daily basis. One can upload documents and the tool recognize them and do your work efficiently. But one can face some problem when working with hand written document that need to upload and do the work. The best thing about AA2019 is the Advance Ui, Easily you can learn about all packages, Drag & drop is very good compare to other RPA platforms, Deployed in Cloud only take storage for Bot agent, New features like AARI and Discovery Bot, Easy to configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing i dislike about AA2019 is that it takes more time to run and deploy a bot compare to AA11. Sometimes we get an error that doesn't clearly mention what is the error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of Use.
Integrates ML features(IQ BOT) along with RPA for automating wide variety of business processes.
Unstructured data can be converted to useful information and used further down the line for rest of RPA process.

It doesn't work very well with the handwritten documents. Accuracy seems to be on the lower side when dealing with Handwritten documents.

RPA helped us a lot to do our repeated task , especially on our HR and finance department. This helped us to make our 'human' become more human. The employee can be allocated to do something more things that need human intervention. For example, we use RPA to helps our HR team to create daily real-time report for our employee candidates. After the automation, all these task is helped with the RPA Automation Anywhere bots.
