Nothing really. As a newcomer to the IT industry, in a non-technical role (PM) I wasn't expecting to understand much, although I was surprised how much of what was covered made at least some sense to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The upside is the Deduplication, the amount of disk space you can save for backups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arcserve UDP?
The setup is very simple and the interface is very intuitive when setting up the machines. Even when there is errors the error messages actually give good output so you can troubleshoot what went wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Arcserve UDP?
The only issues I ran into was the lack of support for linux (very limited) and the DR team when calling in was not the most educated. They lady we spoke to was just going from a booklet and seemed to not understand the deeper level of configuration. It worried me if we actually had a DR issue and needed support.
