I like the product because it is very reliable when it comes to backing up data and restoring the data. I've had good experience with this product for the past 10 years. I'm planning to upgrade our existing 7100 appliance in a few months.
I dislike the maintenance renewal. I think they over charge. I'm a previous backup exec user so I would prefer seeing similar functionality. I find Arcserve not as intuitive as backup exec. Backup exec had many more features than arcserve.
