GH is 'the standard' ATS at all the startups I've worked in, and I brought it with me here. The UI is clean and easy to use, and it makes collaboration across functions very easy
The redesign buries a lot of features, you have to click through multiple links to get to basic information. Overall the redesign made things a lot less intuitive and user friendly.

Overall, the system is not nearly as agile as it was sold as. Seems like every little thing needs to have a new integration or is just not possible to do.
