Is Greenhouse better or worse than Lever? What other ATS should be considered?

Trying to figure out if we should cut our losses and move on or if all ATS are badly designed and supported.

Lever really stands out from the crowd in that we are a CRM and ATS natively built into one easy to use and an extremely robust platform. What this means for our clients is that sourcing, nurturing, data integrity, and the ability to work from anywhere are on a whole other level. Lever also believes in customization so things like candidate surveys and scorecards become as unique as the roles you're hiring for. With Lever, Interview hours aren't limited to 9-5, private notes are easily shared, and the duplicate candidates you will face in other systems are drastically reduced. One area we're very proud of these days is our reporting and analytics capabilities. Visual Insights and Data Explorer raise the bar for in-app talent analytics with out of the box or completely customizable role-based dashboards with stunning visualizations. For this, we highly recommend scheduling a demo and letting us show you the power of the platform.

Loved Greenhouse. We decided to go with Lever because we actively source over 50% of our candidates and Lever had the integrated candidate management solution. The marketing campaigns and ability to track candidates vs reqs made the difference for us.
