How do you generate proper reports without using Lever Analytics?

As a primary user of ATS, it is imperative to have a detailed reports on how your recruiting staff is performing but Lever doesn't give clear reports based on Recruiter as there is no way to track metrics solely on single source. There are multiple sourcing avenues for a single candidate which creates a confusion on our reports generated and authenticity of recruiter performance tracking using Lever. Sourcing is another challenge as there is no way we can use a boolean search or skills based search for archived candidates.

Depending on the data you are looking for you can go to Reports>Candidate Stats>Explore. This report will do a data dump of jobs and candidates that you can export and modify in Excel. You can also select filters of your preferred stats
