What is the best way of "correcting" Chorus call analysis so AI could improve the feedback for fu...
Chorus sometimes incorrectly measures talk time or the number of interactions. A user could manually correct that "feedback" provided by Chorus so AI would learn from that and improve the call analysis in future calls. Is this already possible, or something that can developed?

I find that calls aren't analyzed quickly at times, and this may be due to the length of calls. but I've experienced times where my calls aren't analyzed for hours. Since you integrate with Gong, I wonder if we would be able to listen to a call directly from Salesforce without having to open up... Read more

it took my site a matter of months to fix certain connections between salesforce and amazon connect, and it kept getting thrown into older versions of salesforce.
