Monday Work Management has helped to solve several challenges like visibility into Project Progress, difficulty tracking team responsibilities and scattered communication. All task updates and communication are in one place, so it provides a complete and clear view about the task, who worked on it, currently who is working on it and when it is due. I'd like to be able to alter the time sheet in it's PDF view a little bit more. To be able to add columns that I'd like to see. We also have a lot of different types of time keeping. Different Rates, piece work, prevailing wage, per diem, mileage etc. and it isn't easy/almost impossible to get these on a time sheet in way that we can use. I have to do almost everything through notes. And when I do that, the other rates etc. do not total on their own, I still have to do the math by hand. Customer service was able to add columns for mileage and per diem for us, however they will not show up on the PDF timesheet, only on the screen on my desktop. It has been excellent in our scheduling department. It has made scheduling and communication a lot easier and more efficient. It also enables us to see how many hours have been worked on a job in real time rather than waiting for time sheets to be turned in at the end of the payroll cycle. It's also a lot faster to get the info needed for me to do the payroll. I can just download timesheets and get their total hours instantly. One thing I did not like about Quicksight is, we can not create more than 20 dashboard or tabs in one analysis.

Sometimes the timer doesn't start properly when there's a connection issue or when switching networks, which can affect the accuracy of logged hours. We tried 3 - 4 platforms like Slack, Discord and WhatsApp to track the works and easy communications in our business but all of them failed to meet our expectations.

Like we don't need to call to the people to take update and assign them tasks. We don't need to individually tell everyone that what work they have to do. We were not able to monitor and track time of the people working on our organization.

Even though HROne does a good job of covering a lot of HR-related topics, some of its modules, such as analytics and performance management, may seem a little more restricted or less user-friendly than more specialised tools. The user experience may also be impacted by sporadic lag or outages during periods of high traffic. Usability would be further enhanced by more frequent updates and thorough user manuals. Sometimes, if you wait till Monday morning to fill out your timesheets, the system will have auto-switched the boxes over to that current week. So, you have to remember to go back one week in the calendar first, otherwise you will mistakenly put in time for the current week that hasn't happened yet. Then you supervisor has to go fix it. Looker has a steep learning curve, especially for non-technical users or analysts new to LookML. The dependency on engineers or analytics engineers to maintain the modeling layer means it can be time-consuming to implement changes. I like this product but there are some issues which i faced during my usage. As a user I have to post multiple transfer entries from one bank account to other. so I cant do this via upload csv for this i have to do multiple manual entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Netsuite is mainly helping us in Accounting. It helps us in monitoring Inventory accurately and recording accounts payable via PO. This is very helpful and make our work easy. With the help of this we can easily monitor inventory, In this way it is helping us. Sometimes, depending on the payment method and country, transaction fees can vary, which requires careful planning. Deel is solving the complexity of managing international payments for independent contractors and remote employees. DualEntry has actually sped up our month-end close. What used to take days of reconciliation is now just hours, courtesy of its smart bank matching and AI-driven transaction categorization. It automatically extracts data from our payroll (Payfit), HR systems (Zelt, Oracle HCM, IntelliHR), and revenue streams (Salesforce) with fewer exceptions and no more data silos. The result? I originally purchased a perpetual license many years ago. Unfortunately, those are no longer offered. My annual maintenance price has not changed each year which was a pleasant surprise. This year I was forced to upgrade to the latest version or I would get penalized 25% each month. It was in the middle of our busy season and nobody wanted to go through a major upgrade that could cause issues. I can understand support not wanting to help if we are on an old version but to force us to upgrade or fine us harshly is just down right abuse from a vendor. If that practice doesn't stop then I can see people leaving.

Don't try hosting this software on a virtual server. It will not perform well. Make sure you get a dedicated server. Also don't use the MySQL database. The only one that works is the MSSQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
