Laserfiche is an extremely robust solution, allowing us to create solutions for every business process challenge we've tackled to date. The company is extremely responsive, with an active online community. If you have any doubt, Google "Laserfiche Answers" to see the quantity and quality of information available. If you don't have any coding knowledge, you can still create simple forms/processes. But if you do, this product allows you to get super fancy with your designs. What do you dislike about Laserfiche?

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

For me, the most powerful thing with Power Automate, its the 'set it and forget it' capability for all the repetitive tasks. It connects so smoothly with the whole Microsoft ecosystem, specially with tools like Power BI, which is a huge plus.

For instance, in my last role, I built flows that completely took over our reporting process. They handled like everything from refreshing the data on schedule to sending out the final reports to the right people. It was a game-changer for the team, we cut our manual work by 50% which freed everyone up to focus in more strategic analysis instead of just pushing files around. Normally we implement and use it everytime to schedule automated emails and refresh the data as there is certain limitations with the powerbi scheduled refresh. as they are integrated with the whole microsoft experience, they are quick in resolving the tickets and issues. What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Firstly, as an automation tool it's definitely good and I guess there's not much to say anything negative about it. But if I would like to discuss about one limitation, it's that the ease of use can increase or improved quite significantly when you switch from working with plain, pre-built flows to building fantastically customized and complicated ones from scratch. For generating highly accurate workflows, you sometimes must dive in and begin to write a few complex expressions on your own or resort to some other workarounds available. It is not so much a big of a deal when compared to a feature that requires a greater or higher amount of technical skills to master or excel in its entirety. Basically, its great for getting rid of all the repetitive, manual work. I used it to automate things like scheduling data refreshes and sending reports out, it saved us a ton of time.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

While Pipedrive is exceptional at what it's designed for—managing the sales pipeline—my primary frustration stems from its limitations as an all-in-one CRM solution. I truly wish I could use it as the single source of truth for our entire customer lifecycle, but it falls short once a deal is won. The lack of an integrated customer support or helpdesk feature is a major hurdle. After closing a deal, we're forced to switch to a separate ticketing system to manage client inquiries and support issues. This creates a disconnect, making it difficult to have a unified view of a customer's history and interactions without constantly toggling between platforms or relying on integrations that don't always feel seamless. Furthermore, its marketing capabilities, while improving, are still too basic for our needs, lacking the sophisticated automation and in-depth analytics required for complex nurture campaigns. This means we're juggling a third platform for marketing, a second for support, and Pipedrive for sales. It's an excellent sales tool, but my hope for a single, elegant solution to manage everything from lead generation to long-term customer support within Pipedrive remains unfulfilled. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Have been using Capsule every day for the best part of 12 years now.

It's very user-friendly and easy to set up get to grips with. The opportunity and projects features are fantastic for keeping on top of tasks, and the new pipeline reporting features that are regularly being added are also solid additions to the tool.

The filtering options are great and allow for custom lists of contacts/opportunities/projects with all sorts of criteria which can be really useful for multifaceted businesses like ours.

Also plenty of third-party integrations that are available - it's on my to-do list to check out the other options that could improve workflow.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

It would be nice to be able to choose different plans for different users within an account - not all users need the advanced reporting and perhaps only have access in order to see customer details, so it can really add to the subscription costs in these instances. Capsule has greatly improved its reporting and pipeline features over the years, and the outputs available now are really excellent. When it's working (which doesn't seem often), it's a great platform to send cold emails. Their warm-up process seems to keep the emails out of spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

I’ve been paying for the “done-for-you” email accounts and using Instantly to send cold emails, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked most of the time. The email accounts stopped functioning, which means no emails are being sent — yet I’m still being charged.

Support has been incredibly slow and unhelpful. It takes 12+ hours to get a reply, and you’re stuck dealing with what seems to be AI bots rather than a real person. After nearly two weeks of no email activity, they've acknowledged the issue and said they needed to replace the inboxes and restart the warm-up process — which takes another 2–4 weeks. But even now, the new inboxes haven’t been set up.

Given how essential deliverability and uptime are for cold outreach, this level of support and system failure is unacceptable. I’d recommend choosing a platform with a more reliable infrastructure and responsive human support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how the search feature can find an account with just a few letters or numbers. Excellent search feature. I love the smooth messenger and all the features it comes with including blocking reps from sending outside approved hours and it will give you a pop up and stop a text if you're sending a duplicate to the same person.

What do you dislike about Goals.com?

What do you like best about LocaliQ?

I love LocaliQ because of the high-quality lead generation I get from them. When I look at the analytics for conversion rates and lead numbers, LocaliQ campaigns are always one of our best sources. Whenever we need a boost at one of our businesses, I trust LocaliQ to provide that boost. Additionally, their dashboards are extremely user friendly and easy to learn and use. I love my reps at LocaliQ and their help in ensuring the campaigns we run are effective and successful. They are always on top of things, quick to respond, and are consistently touching base ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. What do you dislike about LocaliQ?

LocaliQ doesn't have many downsides. The only thing that I can think of is greater flexibility to download reports on a portfolio rather than individual properties/businesses, though I believe they are making headway on implementing that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We need to advertise our products to broad and specific audiences in certain locations and LocaliQ has tools to do just this. They help us create unique campaigns that satisfy our business needs. In property management, LocaliQ has changed the game for us as we have new ways to advertise that are not the traditional listings you often see online. The customer support is second to none, Mackenzie "Mack" Fenn is incredibly quick with responses to any issues that may arise and always has a solution! Moving to this software from our previous interface was a bit daunting at first, but once we got into it we realized just how user friendly the system is and I couldn't imagine ever using something else at this point.
