ServiceNow IT Service Management has been around since the very beginning of the platform 20 years ago. It has been constantly evolving to accommodate any new ways of handling IT Service Management processes, such as Incident management, major incident management, change, problem, request. It comes with a ton of pre-built, but also customizable functionalities for the different personas, ranging from IT Service managers, support staff, agents, admins, executives, etc. on a daily basis. The different interfaces like the Service Operations Workspace and the out-of-the-box reports are really valuable for a quick bootstrap, that will be fully functional since day one. It is easy to deploy with minimum or no customization. Being the most used capability of ServiceNow, there is a lot of knowledge around the community, but if customers face very specific issues, they could open a support case and get help from a very qualified staff of support engineers. We love BirdEye because it allows us to view all of our online reviews in one location and allows us to respond seamlessly. We can also integrate with our Property Management software to send out review requests and surveys to see where we are excelling and where we need to improve. We have not seen a negative impact to using BirdEye, the only thing I wish is if there were more Support integrated with Google to verify some of our GMB pages, but this is definitely a Google Support issue and is not a fault of BirdEye. In recent weeks, our BirdEye rep has also been super helpful in connecting our GMB pages once we are able to get ownership of them which makes it seamless for us to respond to reviews! SOCi does a great job at helping me manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business for the 9 offices that I am over. It takes a lot of the work off my shoulders and allows me to allocate my time elsewhere. I love the AI tool that provides suggested replies for comments and reviews. Overall, SOCi was very simple to learn and implement in my daily routine. It is the first tab I open in the morning when I get to work, and the last one I close when I leave. I am generally very happy with SOCi, but I do hope that more features will be added in the future. I would like to be able to schedule Facebook stories, make more intricate Instagram stories, and schedule more intricate LinkedIn posts, such as polls. I was very happy to see that we can now schedule PDF posts on LinkedIn! Another thing that I hope can improve is the tracking templates. I like all of the tools it provides, frankly. There's such a depth of utility that I haven't gotten around to using them all, and I'd consider myself a power user. What do you dislike about Reputation?

I would like more clarity on metrics. And I'm not the only one around who'd like that - many people in my company say the same thing. If the Reputation score for a given entity is a rolling average — or a rolling metric of any kind, really — then it's critical to explain what time frames are being factored into each rolling average. I don't know if my response rate, for example, counts toward my score based on data from the last 3 months, the last month, the last 2 years, the last year... nothing. And none of the Reputation score components offer any clarity on how their rolling timeframes are determined. I'm not asking for the proprietary formula — and frankly, I think it's anything more than a minor risk to Reputation's market share, even if the formula was public. What problems is Right Choice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rightchoice primarily helped us to get many students locally. In the education business, most parents prefer to sent their students to a nearby reputed and trusted institute. Although one might earn name and fame, the most important thing remains the local visibility so that more and more parents know about your institute. Rightchoice helped us achieve just that. What do you like best about CommBox?

We've been using CommBox to communicate with customers on WhatsApp, qualify leads automatically, and send payment reminders.

We use CommBox’s chatbots for lead generation and qualification, passing them to sales reps for further handling.

The campaigns feature helps us send promotional messages via WhatsApp on a large scale, improving engagement and conversion and reducing the need to call customers.

Overall, in our 3 years working with CommBox, we have reduced our lead response time from a week to just 36-48 hours, which is amazing. We manage about 35% of our customer engagement on digital channels through CommBox.

The support team at CommBox is excellent, with quick responses and personal assistance.

CommBox also helps us improve our customer service quality, increase agents' productivity, and provide a great customer experience.

What do you like best about Desku.io?

The design is so super clean and sleek. I LOVE the design of the mobile app. Setting up the entire account is easy. Integrations with Woocommerce and Shopify are super easy. Live chat is an integration to install for embedding into your website. Customer support is top notch. We use this every day and are SO glad we made the change. What do you dislike about Desku.io?

The web interface doesn't always chime when a chat comes in if the tab is not in focus and when you finally do switch to that tab, you get blown up with all the chimes from the chats. I recommended a solution for them to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
