Monday Work Management is my favourite since it is highly adaptable and easy to use. It helps us to align the workflow even though we are working on multiple projects. It makes work easy to manage, assign and track tasks.

It helps us to view the status of the tasks without any complications. This tool is highly efficient for improving team transparency, accountability and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

The app is not user-friendly when used on Mobile. A few useful features are available only in plans which are higher in cost. Also, when there are many columns and boards, it is a little confusing, but they are manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday Work Management has helped to solve several challenges like visibility into Project Progress, difficulty tracking team responsibilities and scattered communication. “Streamlined, Intuitive, and Game-Changing for Team Collaboration!”
What do you like best about Asana?

Asana has completely transformed the way our team manages projects, tracks progress, and collaborates across departments. Its intuitive interface makes onboarding effortless, even for team members who aren't very tech-savvy. The visual layout—especially boards, timelines, and calendars—helps keep everything organized and easy to digest.

What truly sets Asana apart is its ability to break down complex projects into manageable tasks with clear deadlines, owners, and priorities. The ability to tag teammates, add subtasks, and attach files within each task reduces the need for lengthy email chains or external documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

Honestly, it's hard to find something to dislike because it has solved so many of our core problems. If I had to pick something, I'd say that because the tool is so powerful, it requires a little bit of buy-in from the whole team to really make it sing. You have to commit to using it as your central hub. But Asana provides so many great resources, and the platform is so intuitive, that our team was able to get up and running much faster than we expected. The small effort to get aligned was 100% worth it for the incredible organization we've gained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Asana, our workflow was a mess. We were trying to manage complex projects using a patchwork of spreadsheets, shared documents, and emails. Information was siloed, deadlines were constantly getting missed, and there was no real accountability. It was stressful and inefficient.

Asana solved this by becoming our single source of truth. It gives us complete visibility into every project across the department. Accountability is now crystal clear, as every single action item has an owner and a timeline. This has dramatically improved our project completion rates and has fostered a much more collaborative and less stressful environment. We are more aligned, more efficient, and can focus our energy on creative work instead of just trying to stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“One of, if not the best, Video Conferencing App”
What do you like best about Google Meet?

Google Meet works across every device. Whether it be a laptop or desktop computer all the way to a phone or tablet. It's a great tool that allows meetings to occur with ease and you can even join by dialing in via a phone if you don't have a computer or tablet device or if you are on the go. The application works in all browsers, at least that I know of, and has very little issues with working properly. This is a tool that we use for all of our daily standups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Meet?

There really isn't anything that I dislike about the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Meet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Meet is solving the issue of what tool to use reliably on video conferences. These conferences are dire to our business as they are in the form of Sprint Planning, daily standups and other company led events that allow us all to gather together in an easy to use and join environment. “Zoom Integration with Google Workspace creates ease and comfort”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like about Google Workspace is that it creates ease of use across platforms powered by Google, making planning and setting meetings readily accessible. Tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides allow multiple people to work in real-time, which really boosts productivity and teamwork. I also appreciate the cloud-based nature. It’s easy to access everything from any device, anywhere, without worrying about version control or lost files. Some features, like smart suggestions in Gmail and Docs, Google Calendar integration, and Drive’s organization system, help streamline my workflow and keep everything connected. Overall, it makes communication and collaboration smoother during remote or hybrid work setups, like in my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Since Google Workspace works mostly with the internet, we encounter challenges in syncing and retrieving documents when the internet connection is unstable. Some features are also limited, such as limited formatting options in Docs and Sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Google Workspace:

Take advantage of this free application from Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace solves several key problems, especially in our hybrid learning environment. It makes managing documents easy and organized, and since everything is cloud-based, it’s accessible anytime and anywhere. This is especially helpful when switching between online and face-to-face classes. The collaborative features, like real-time editing in Docs, shared Drives, and integrated tools like Calendar, make it easier for my colleagues and me to coordinate tasks, share resources, and stay aligned. We also integrate Zoom and Google tools to support both virtual and in-person activities, which enhances the flexibility and effectiveness of our teaching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Complete Collaboration Tool”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The user interface of Microsoft Teams is truly one of its strengths. It's intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for even new users to get familiar with the platform within just five minutes of use.

The best feature of Teams varies from user to user depending on their usage.

One of the most impressive and beneficial features when comapared to compititive tools is Voice Isolation. Unlike basic noise suppression or cancellation, Teams’ voice isolation ensures that your voice is heard clearly—even in noisy environments. This makes it possible to attend meetings from virtually anywhere without compromising on clarity.

For me, Teams is everything when it comes to staying connected—be it for business meetings, sharing information, or collaborating through chat groups. It serves as a one-stop solution for our communication and collaboration needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

High Resource Consumption. It consumes high amount of RAM

Chat Management Could Be Better. The chat interface lacks advanced filtering options. Searching for older messages or attachments isn't always smooth, and there's no way to categorize or tag conversations for easy retrieval.

The least helpful feature about teams I can say is "Apps" for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems getting solved through teams are:

During the KT and demo sessions, the recording feature is another standout. It’s extremely useful for knowledge sharing and training, allowing sessions to be recorded and reviewed later as needed.

Integration with OneDrive adds great convenience. There’s no need to switch between apps to access or share files—Teams allows direct sharing of links or files within the chat itself.

The built-in Calendar and pop-up alerts have ensured I never miss a meeting. Scheduling, reminders, and participation are seamless and efficient.

Overall, Microsoft Teams offers a robust suite of features that outshine many other collaboration and meeting apps. Its combination of functionality, ease of use, and smart features makes it an indispensable tool in today’s work environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Power Through Big Data, Save Time Smarter”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

Smartsheet stands out for its powerful blend of flexibility and structure. It combines the ease of a spreadsheet interface with advanced project management capabilities like automation, collaboration, and real-time tracking, all without requiring expert technical skills. It essentially brings clarity and control to large volumes of data, enabling smarter decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

While Smartsheet is a powerful and versatile tool, there are a few areas that could be improved

- Performance with Very Large Sheets: When handling extremely large datasets with thousands of rows or heavy formulas, performance can lag, and load times may increase.

-Cost for Enterprise Features: Some of the most useful features (like automated workflows, data mesh, and connectors) are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may be restrictive for smaller teams or budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Smartsheet centralizes project data in one dynamic workspace. Everyone sees the same information, in real time, with automated updates and alerts. This has significantly improved alignment, reduced meetings, and increased transparency.

- With automation rules in Smartsheet, we’ve eliminated many routine tasks. For example, notifications, row approvals, and reminders now happen automatically, freeing up hours each week and reducing human error.

- Smartsheet’s dashboards and reporting features let us turn raw data into real-time visual insights empowering faster, more informed decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Notion is my creative command center a must-have for designers”
What do you like best about Notion?

What I love most about Notion is how customizable and flexible it is. I’ve built personalized dashboards for each client, organized all my design files, and even created moodboards right inside Notion. The ability to switch between kanban, calendar, and list views makes managing design workflows a breeze. Sharing pages with clients and getting real-time feedback saves a lot of time and keeps everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Sometimes, the mobile experience isn't as smooth as the desktop version, especially when working with image-heavy pages. It also lacks deep integrations with key design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud, which would make it even more powerful for creatives like me. And while the app is super flexible, beginners might feel overwhelmed with the blank canvas at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to use UI. Seamless connectivity via phone or tablet or laptops. One of the few apps, where I have not experienced any bugs for the past 6 years.

Recordings are easy to access.

Integrations with Calendar and M365 makes it seamless to utilize.

All these reasons, makes me always keep using Zoom instead of Teams or Google Meet. Especially, if you have attended teams or google meet meeting, you want to come back again and again, and always use Zoom.

Setting up Zoom is also one of the easiest to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

AI recording and transcription could be better.

I have used Gong, Fireflies, Otter.ai, Fathom Notetaker, and a few other free tools as well.

They have a long way to go in terms of summarizing and transcribing the call. If we can customize it better, it will be easier for me to copy and paste as call or demo notes on my CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coordinating with multiple stakeholders, timings, recordings, and transcribing these calls is one less headache for me as an Account Executive.

What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex suite is just phenomenal in providing a seamless experience whether i require to call, message, meetings everything can be done under one roof. I does'nt require to juggle between multiple apps or tabs during work. The video and audio quality it provides is just top notch as well as its noise cancellation works like a magic. Its exceptional features like live translation is just a game changer for global teams. One can easy implement and integrate in there system with just click. Its an awesome daily tool with value added customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The user interface must be more intuitive as it feels quite overwhelming for initial users especially when they try to switch between different modules. The app is also quite heavy and requires memory and sometimes its lagging while being used. These particular dislikes are not critical but there is a room for UI improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have to manage hybrid teams across different cities and Webex suite has just solved our biggest challenge we faced as of right now we are testing this particular tool and working on to finally implement it across our corporates. Earlier we are using separate tool for activities like meeting, file sharing but Webex suite has clearly changed our perspective by providing a phenomenal experience at one place and has everything that is very organized, integrated and easy to access. “Slack is great for small to medium sized businesses!”
What do you like best about Slack?

I really like how we can categorise channels into different sections. I can also mute the notifications for channels that I don't have use for.

I also like how we can control how many DMs we have in our view and can dismiss the ones that are not regularly active.

I like the fact that there are options to add our work title, department, name pronunciation and many more things. All of these features help in getting to know more about your colleagues which is missing in other communication tools.

Lastly, my favourite thing about Slack is how we can maintain dashboards (Files) for separate channels. It really helps me navigate to project related details that concern our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

The huddle feature can use some improvement. When I get on a huddle, one of the two users cannot hear each other and one needs to leave and re-join to solve this.

It's not easy to switch between devices while staying on the huddle, I can't find the option sometimes.

Messages on threads do not get marked as read until I navigate to and from the Activity section multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Slack makes it easy for me to stay connected with my team. It also helps me stay on top of my tasks with channel-level dashboards.

With the 'Google Calendar' and 'Jira' integrations, I can manage my entire day from within Slack. This minimises the need for me to navigate between multiple platforms.

Slack is quite easy to integrate into SaaS platforms which proves to be a huge upsell for our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

GoTo Meeting is its reliability and ease of use. The platform offers a straightforward interface that makes joining or hosting meetings quick and simple, even for users who aren't very tech-savvy. Features like screen sharing, meeting recording, and calendar integration help streamline collaboration, especially for remote teams. Additionally, the audio and video quality are generally consistent, which is crucial for maintaining clear communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

One aspect I find challenging with GoTo Meeting is that occasionally, the interface can feel a bit dated compared to some newer platforms. Sometimes, the process to join meetings or manage settings isn’t as intuitive as I’d like, which can cause minor delays, especially for first-time users. Additionally, while the audio and video quality are generally good, there can be occasional glitches or connectivity issues depending on network conditions. Lastly, some advanced features require higher-tier subscriptions, which may limit accessibility for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoTo Meeting solves the problem of remote communication and collaboration by providing a reliable platform for virtual meetings, webinars, and screen sharing. It helps bridge the gap between geographically dispersed teams, allowing us to connect, share information, and make decisions in real-time without the need for physical presence. The interface is intuitive, drag and drop friendly, and supports views like Grid, Kanban, Calendar, and Gantt so each team can work the way they prefer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

While Airtable is powerful, some of the more advanced features like syncing between bases or custom scripting are locked behind higher tier plans. “Trello: Simple, Visual, and Great for Organizing”
What do you like best about Trello?

What I love about Trello is how simple it is to use and how visual everything is. I’m the type of person who likes to see everything laid out clearly, and Trello does that perfectly. The boards and cards let me organize my tasks exactly how I want to, and it’s super easy to assign things and track progress. It’s also really flexible you can use it for literally anything, whether it’s work or just personal to-dos. It’s one of those tools you can just dive into and start using right away without much thought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

The only thing I don’t love about Trello is that, when you have a ton of cards or boards, it can get a little messy and hard to keep track of. It’s great for smaller projects, but once things get bigger, it lacks some of the more advanced features you might need. I’ve also noticed that the interface can feel a little cluttered when you’ve got a lot going on, which can make navigating a bit tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been able to keep my life considerably more organized because to Trello. I used to get a little lost with all the notes and lists in multiple apps. Having everything in one location is now easier thanks to Trello. I can see what needs to be done, who is responsible for what, and what I have already completed. I don't waste time hunting for stuff because it's so easy to use. Additionally, it keeps me from feeling overburdened when I manage several projects at once. One thing I really like about Wrike recently is how it has become more intelligent and easier to use. I have also started using the new custom item types, and they have made it much easier to shape Wrike around the way each of our teams actually works, instead of trying to fit everyone into the same structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

One area where I believe Wrike can improve is the user interface. In our day-to-day work, it often feels difficult to locate key features quickly. Some of the most-used functionalities are not very intuitive to find, which can slow us down. Additionally, the alignment of buttons and certain elements in the dashboard can feel a bit scattered, especially when switching between different views. “How Bordio simplified our workflow: a simple solution for our growing team's needs”
What do you like best about Bordio?

A huge advantage for us is the convenience and minimalism of the interface. Our team consists of many young people who are used to simplicity, and when we tried to implement other solutions (we tried OrangeScrum, Odoo, Trello, Jira), they were almost always met with resistance because they were complex and inconvenient. Another big plus is the excellent mobile applications, which do not glitch, unlike many other systems, and they are very useful for quick work, especially during meetings. What do you dislike about Bordio?

There are two minor features we currently miss in Bordio: the ability to export timesheets and a clock timer for tasks. We've provided feedback on these, and we understand they'll be included in upcoming updates. These small drawbacks don't significantly impact our overall positive experience with the product. What problems is Bordio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed.

Our work efficiency increased, team communication sped up, and Bordio's clear interface made it easy to plan sprints. Most importantly, we can now always check the work history.

We are still in the process of improving our workflows, but it is clear that Bordio will help us achieve the level of management we are aiming for. In terms of numbers: our turnover increased by 40% last year. Of course, this is the result of comprehensive work, but Bordio is one of the main innovations for us and likely has had a significant impact on this result. “Great for Project Budgets”
What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. We also needed the ability to invoice for each of these phases—sometimes as a percentage. Ravetree allows for all of this. Very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ravetree?

There's nothing I dislike, but it would be nice if they had a full general ledger accounting system to handle accounts payable, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ravetree solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ravetree helps us map out projects, set project budgets, allocate people to those projects, log time and expenses, and create invoices. Pretty much all of the day to day stuff at our firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Prism PPM Review”
What do you like best about Prism PPM (formerly WorkOtter)?

Prism PPM was created with the main focus of enabling PMs and PMOs to be efficient and effective. It isn't a resource management tool that realized it could capitalize on the PPM market by cobbling together a solution. Prism is streamlined and easy to navigate. We are empowered by the visibility it has brought from a project, program and portfolio level. This means, we can make educated decisions on prioritization, resources, budget, and so forth. Prism also captures back time for our PMs by automating routine tasks (E.g., Earned Value calculations) so they can focus on more value-add work. Before Prism, we ranked projects by how we "felt" was best. Now with the Business Value Assessment feature in Prism, we get an unbiased score for each project that shows how valuable it is to the business. Wow! That makes all the difference when deciding on what's actually most important to achieving our strategy; especially when considering budget or resource constraints.

I can't leave a review without mentioning the support that we've received from Prism. Their customer experience team and implementation specialists are top notch. Additionally, Prism has a vision and roadmap for continuingly improving their software. We appreciate their investment into their customers and product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prism PPM (formerly WorkOtter)?

Their Jira integration was a HUGE reason for why we chose them. It was included (not an add-on) and had more customization than other vendors. We have found that when you have a project that has Jira Sync enabled, you lose feature capabilities. Such as the What-If Analysis doesn't work when you include Jira Synced projects. This means you can't do the more advanced portfolio and resource planning. Hopefully, this isn't a negative factor for long because in their roadmap they've committed to developing feature-parity in Prism for Jira synced projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prism PPM (formerly WorkOtter) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing visibility, resource management, consistent project management practices, and standardizing the work intake & pipeline prioritization process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
