“Increased optics for customer interactions”
What do you like best about LogRocket?

The ease in which I can create custom views to truly understand how customers are interacting with my products is fantastic. Once event logging has been implemented, a treasure trove of information is at your finger tips. Very simple to understand where we need to provide additional training or enhanced user interfaces to drive return on our development investments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

We have had struggles with the session replay functionality, although this is likely due to our implementation as a component within another products main interface. It also would be nice if there was a way to allow low code implementation so that non-developers on our marketing team could initiate event tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

LogRocket is giving our team insights into how our customers are interacting with our products, allowing us to evaluate return on investment. The session replay functionality also gives us access to error logging and bug tracing, which is saving our support efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Germain UX?

I appreciate the Session Replay feature because it is user-friendly. The implementation and integration of the feature are simple yet precise, allowing users to easily utilize and engage in frequent use.

The Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for User Session Replay displays important information (e.g., error count, environment, etc.) based on the session recording. Additionally, the replay of the user session section shows the exact rendering of the actions taken by the user, with individual entries featuring the action title and duration period. Lastly, the Browser Side section generates important data based on the user's browsing experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Germain UX?

No major dislikes, but I believe certain minor user interface enhancements could visually improve its appeal to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Germain UX solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Session Replay feature is beneficial in terms of recording sessions, replay functionality, performance impact, and interaction history. It aids in reconstructing an individual user's journey through the website and is helpful for identifying bugs, errors, and flaws in user experience (UX) design. “Datadog is a powerful platform/tool for monitoring/logging/error tracking but might not be for you”
What do you like best about Datadog?

Datadog is pretty awesome, it's really powerful, we can add logs from our platforms, it tracks automatically the `console.errors` on the frontend, we can track the specific line when mappings are available, it allow us to track the CPU usage, it even can be connected to services like OpsGenie, or Slack or others, also it has support for IDEs which means we can open the error directly on our IDE, which is really awesome... but maybe the most important is that we can have a complete platform for control of our code/infra in one single place, as a FrontEnd developer, this help us also to track properly what the users see and replicate issues as closes as we can without bothering our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datadog?

It's really expensive, sometimes configuring a dashboard or specific monitors is really hard as the platform is too big, which feels overwhelming, meaning we can't properly find some parts or things like that, also for example on the error login I think it should work the opposite when creating a query using the filters, as we should start with nothing selected, and then we can start filtering, so it's not hard to find what we want... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datadog solving and how is that benefiting you?

We monitor all our infra with Datadog, also our platforms (Backend, Frontend applications) in just one single place, we even track some extra things on Datadog like third party API responses using the logging part... so we have full observability of what is happening in all the places. “Saved us time and cost. Game-changer for teams working with SAP!”
What do you like best about IT-Conductor?

We've been using IT-Conductor for SAP APM and automating SAP Basis tasks like managing transports and system refreshes. For years, the platform helped us keep our systems stable while cutting down on manual work. It's a game changer! What really stood out to me was how flexible and innovative the platform is, especially with the continuous improvements and new features being rolled out.

Also, since IT-Conductor is cloud-based, we didn't have to invest in extra infrastructure, which would've been necessary with other monitoring tools. That’s been a huge cost savings for us, especially since we’ve been using the platform for several years now.

Lastly, one of the many things I liked best about IT-Conductor is how efficiently it handles change management. This is crucial for SAP Basis administrators. IT-Conductor takes care of the heavy lifting through automation, allowing us to focus more on high-value initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IT-Conductor?

None. It just takes a bit of time to get used to, especially if your team is new to automation tools. But thanks to the helpful and responsive support team, we were onboarded pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IT-Conductor solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about Sematext Cloud?

There is no dislike as such as of now, as it's best in this segment of monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sematext Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everything is automated, everything is user friendly and the setup of dashboards and the alerts we receive is so consistent and did not have any issues with sematext.

We would love to continue with Sematext and will be using Sematext in the future.

The monitoring part is so unique and good. Many of our clients love the feature which Sematext is giving to us.

The Sematext Synthetics feature is amazing as it automatically checks the health checks.

The metrics and Dashboard creation are quite good, and you also get an option to view the status dashboard via the custom domain. which is very unique and impressive as they are giving at such a nominal price.

You also have a feature as bulk upload, where if you have many workloads to monitor you can do it seamlessly rather than doing it manually.

Love the product and I would also recommend people switch to Sematext as it makes life easier and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Comprehensive and Cost-Effective APM for Hybrid Environments”
What do you like best about ManageEngine Applications Manager?

It supports a diverse range of application stacks—Java, .NET, MySQL, Oracle, SAP, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.—without needing multiple tools. The interface is easy to navigate and offers customizable, real-time dashboards that simplify identifying performance bottlenecks. Compared to other enterprise APM tools, Applications Manager delivers many of the same features at a fraction of the cost, making it ideal for mid-sized IT teams. Works well in hybrid environments, with agentless and agent-based options depending on what you're monitoring. Built-in anomaly detection and threshold-based alerts help prevent downtime or performance degradation before users are impacted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Applications Manager?

While functional, some modules have legacy UI elements that feel inconsistent with modern UX expectations. Setting up complex environments (e.g., clustered databases or Kubernetes pods) can be time-consuming and lacks guided wizards. Compared to tools like Datadog or New Relic, integration with third-party DevOps tools and ITSM platforms can feel limited or requires scripting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ManageEngine Applications Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Best option for monitoring applications run on cloud and hear for quick alerts in case of errors.”
What do you like best about Lumigo?

Lumigo is good in several aspects. it is easy to use when it comes to user interaction with the dashboard and also easy to implement since it has straightforward integration with the AWS account and selecting the resources to be monitored through the lumigo dashboard.

It facilitates with number of features like configuring alert frequency, monitoring infrastructure, execution time monitoring, and customizable UI.

It is easy to integrate with third-party tools like Slack, and Gmail for notifications.

they also have very flexible customer support, Whenever we have new challenges they'll engineer the solution for us and for every new set of feature releases they'll schedule a call with us for a walkthrough of new features explaining what and how will it be useful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lumigo?

right now it is challenging to disable or exit from lumigo once the AWS account is integrated. for that action, we need to raise a customer support request which becomes a tedious task for a developer. Self disabling/exiting option would greatly enhance the overall experience with Lumigo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lumigo solving and how is that benefiting you?

we have a number of serverless applications deployed on AWS, it's challenging to manually go through logs to get insights like execution time, errors, performance, etc. through cloud watch logs, with lumigo all these challenging tasks become super easy. Letting us focus more on development rather than monitoring. with the insights we get through the Lumigo dashboard, it becomes easy for us to clearly identify bugs, a lambda that is consuming more time, etc. and we can work on fixing those bugs or optimizing and reducing operational costs.

configuring alert notifications helps us quickly focus on issues and thereby helps us maintain the quality/accuracy of the application.

Lumigo also gives us insights on which endpoint or basically which lambda is triggered more, this gives us an idea of what features of our business application are being used more by end-users and we can work on improving the performance and quality of that feature more.
