What do you like best about Zoho Projects?

I love the interface of Zoho, it is very intuitive and very easy to use. It has a lot of features task management, people management, time tracking. Also, there are collaboration features as well. The dashboard for every single project helps me a lot to keep track of everything. The integration with other apps is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?

I like almost everything about Zoho, but I think for a new user, the features and different functionalities can be too overwhelming.

This is also an adoption thing, i really don't think i dislike anything about this amazing tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Projects solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our company, we work on multiple projects at a time, and different users are assigned to different projects, so this tool is very useful for as for managing the projects. The whole project implementation is divided into multiple stages, then it is divided into sub task, and it can be assigned to different users. What problems is Zoho One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho One solves a lot of operational and process issues for small business. What is probably one of the best solutions for any small business is Zoho Books and the other Zoho apps that integrate with Books, like CRM or Bigin. Zoho Projects or Sprints is also very helpful due to the integration with the other business solutions that Zoho offers. The automation and integration features are priceless. The width of products available in Zoho One is convenient, and there is often a product that will help your needs at a surface level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho One?

UI is inconsistent across all apps, and terminology changes frequently. Customer support is abysmal and requires significant clarification to the point of diagnosing the solution for them.
