What I like most is how it integrates perfectly with the entire Zoho ecosystem, making project management smooth and efficient. The amount of detail we can handle in each project is impressive, allowing us to have total control over each stage and task. What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?

However, I would like the look and feel to be more adapted to a style like Kanban, which would make it even more intuitive. There are also some details that require several clicks to reach the desired point, which could be optimized. What do you like best about Zoho Projects?

Zoho Projects has been a valuable asset in streamlining our project management processes at Chaman Consultants. We particularly appreciate the user-friendly interface, visually appealing layout, and comprehensive reporting capabilities.

While the software offers a wide range of features, we have found some limitations in terms of customization for consultancy firms like ours, specifically in the area of reporting. Despite this, Zoho Projects has significantly improved our workflow and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?

The fact that we cannot fully customze it to fit our consultancy firm. We create custom field that are more important than the standard reports it offers, but we have to create our own reports for our custom fields. Also the AI functionality is very basic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Projects solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Projects is a solid project management tool that has helped us improve our efficiency and streamline our operations. We were Initially using ClickUp, but because we are a small firm, we moved to projects because of cost and the fact that we are happy with Zoho Books and Zoho Workplace. What do you like best about Zoho One?

Zoho one is very customizable. I liked being able to change forms or the layout and how I viewed certain modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho One?

So many modules have similar capabilities but you have to go to a completely separate module to find the one that was necessary for that project.
