What do you like best about Webtrends Optimize?

WTO is very good in doing what you need to do like A/B testing, personalisations etc. It very developer friendly and once you get used to the tool it becomes very intuitive and user firiendly. The team at WTO are always available to assist with any support needed when using their platform. Their communication is always quick which I haven't always experienced working with other testing platforms. The client-centric approach and holistic view of our business was above and beyond what we were expecting, or had seen from other firms when we went out to tender on the project.

Really knowledgeable team, great service and easy to implement with our tech stack.

What do you dislike about Webtrends Optimize?

Their offices arent the easiest to get to for public transport (but they do have parking on site) but after the initial meeting, they came to me and delivered the rollout seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webtrends Optimize?

The platform itself is technically very good and is just as good as I’ve seen elsewhere, but the level of service and support is what takes it to beyond what you would expect. Everything we have wanted to do, even bespoke things outside a ‘normal’ experimentation or personalisation program/process, has never been a problem and they’ve helped us find solutions that really work for us. What do you dislike about Webtrends Optimize?

Nothing really that I’d call out so far. I’ve not come across a technical blocker and any requests we have brought to the table that are outside of the norm have been dealt with in a supportive manner by the team there, with positive outcomes off the back of them.
