The support we receive from Raquel and the Devs is absolutely brilliant. They work in such an agile way to support our constant requests and often urgent deadlines. While I had a positive experience with the platform, there are a few drawbacks worth noting.

Webtrends optimize is a really robust and flexible tool that really covers all of your testing needs! Its really customisible to your business needs and its really easity to tailor to what you want to track and do.

Its also suitable for all levels of experience, you can use really simple visual tools to build your experiences or their more sophisticated editors which require some more dev knowledge but really allow syou to do pretty much everything.

Also i really have to say a few words about their support team which is oustanding! Anything you need, weather its an update to a goal, you have a question, you needs someone to help with a build etc they are always there to help and they are really quick to respond and action requests! What do you dislike about Webtrends Optimize?

There isn't anything i dislike but i think more work on being able to segment your results and display differnet goals in different graphs would be benefitial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support from the team is great. We're a small team without dev resources and the added support hours factored into the decision to go with WebTrends. Working with WebTrends is great because the team really help integrate with how our business works with backend 3rd parties and how we can still AB test using their ServerSide functionality, that is more suited to us with the larger technical changes we want to make Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They made sure in the initial stages that we were fully engaged and aligned with the implementation at every stage. The data export for test data does not line up exactly with what is seen in the dashboard. This is annoying as it makes reporting harder and slower and less in depth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
