What do you like best about Tremendous?

I have been using Tremendous for a while now and I enjoy how easy it is to use. I typically send rewards through email, but it’s nice that there is an option to send them through text as well. My team is fully remote (and spread across the world), so giving them a giftcard in person is impossible. Tremendous enables me to reward my team for their metrics and hard work with ease! It’s also great because my team members are able to select where they’d like the gift card for out of a list of options based on their location.

Using the Tremendous dashboard is very easy, especially with the newest update. My company has multiple departments that use our account, and it’s easy to select which department’s budget to use, input the team member’s name, email/phone number, the amount, and send! I receive emails after each gift card is sent and that helps me keep a record of who is receiving rewards. Tremendous also does a great job of organizing past rewards sent as well – that has definitely come in handy for me!

I’ve been on the receiving end of a Tremendous gift card as well, and I love how simple it is to navigate after getting the link in a text or in an email. We’ll definitely be using Tremendous for as long as my company continues to be in business (which will hopefully be for a long, long time!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

I don’t have much that I dislike about Tremendous. Before the last update, I didn’t like how many clicks it took to get a gift card sent off, but now everything is on the same page AND my team’s names and emails are saved to the system’s memory which makes sending rewards even easier. My only real complaint is that there are not very many gift card options for my employees who live in the Philippines. Last I checked there were two or three? One being Jamba Juice, which is fun. We are a remote team and so I cannot gift my team things in person. Tremendous immediately solved this problem for me. I like that I don’t have to worry that I’m picking out something that they’ll like, and they get to pick through options so they’ll get a gift card for somewhere they’ll actually use it! What do you like best about Tremendous?

What I like best about Tremendous is how much time and effort it saves me when compensating research participants. Before using the platform, I would have to manually purchase and send out individual gift cards for each person, which was tedious and difficult to track. With Tremendous, I can do everything in one place. It’s incredibly efficient and has made my workflow much smoother. I also really appreciate the flexibility it gives participants, as it allows them to choose what kind of compensation they receive. Tremendous solves the problem of managing participant compensation, which is a process that’s usually complex and time-consuming. Instead, Tremendous makes this process faster and more efficient, while also being very user-friendly. It has helped me stay organized, save time, and offer participants a better experience overall.

As a researcher who regularly compensates study participants, Tremendous has been an invaluable tool in streamlining the payment process. What I appreciate most is the flexibility it offers participants. After completing a study, they receive a link to choose how they’d like to be paid. They have the option to select a bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, or gift cards from a wide range of retailers. This level of choice increases satisfaction and removes the burden of managing individual preferences.

From an administrative perspective, the platform is intuitive and efficient. It allows me to send out payments in bulk, track which recipients have redeemed their rewards, and generate reports for documentation or compliance purposes. I’ve also found their customer support responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had a question.

What do you like best about Tremendous?

Lots of exciting products from different geos! I use Tremendous on a daily basis to send rewards to our company employees. Tremendous truly stands out with its user-friendly interface and the ease of sending rewards; it takes me less than 5 minutes to send the gift. It offers a fantastic variety of gift card options, making it a breeze to find something for everyone. What I really love is how it saves time and helps streamline the reward distribution process. The simple, intuitive design makes sending rewards super easy for anyone. Our client has shared how much they appreciate the effortless experience and the option for employees to choose their own rewards, which are delivered instantly. The customization features are a big hit too, along with the ability to save templates for quick use later on. Cancellation of wrong vouchers due to unexpected circumstances on the Tremendous website was also very easy. It didn't give me a hard time! What do you like best about Tremendous?

We used to send Amazon gift cards for research incentives, but that led to all kinds of problems with users outside of the US. Amazon has different stores for most countries, and the gift cards aren't universal. Tremendous makes this super easy because the redemption options are all automatically localized to the user based on their location.

We also love the project templates, because once those are set up the process is really smooth - basically just pasting in email addresses and incentive amounts. We don't have to think about drafting an email, subject lines, branding, etc.

Another obvious improvement from Amazon, is giving the users more options. Anybody who wants Amazon can still get it, but having a huge pool of options helps us feel confident users will find something they like, and the charitable donation options are great too. What do you dislike about Tremendous?

We know some of our rewards are wasted because the user never opens/accepts them. Unfortunately, we're not able to get refunds or transfer the card to another user when this happens. It's not a huge deal, and I know this is a large part of how they make money, so there are some positive tradeoffs in that there aren't other significant fees that we have to pay beyond this loss. What do you like best about Tremendous?

As a Tech Partner Manager, I regularly use Tremendous to manage and distribute rewards, and it’s become an invaluable tool in my day-to-day work. What stands out most is how simple and intuitive the platform is — the UI is clean, onboarding was fast, and even team members who aren’t particularly tech-savvy are able to use it with ease.

We’ve used Tremendous for partner incentives, thank-you gifts, and rewards after webinars and campaigns. The flexibility in reward options (gift cards, prepaid cards, even charity donations) makes it easy to tailor the experience to each recipient. The ability to personalize messages and branding has also added a really nice touch.

On the backend, I appreciate the detailed reporting and tracking capabilities — it gives me full visibility into what’s been sent, redeemed, or needs follow-up. And the support team is always fast and helpful whenever we need guidance.

What do you like best about Tremendous?

Tremendous has been a really great way for me to get my teams motivated and working hard towards their quota, while also earning some cash and prizes along the way. One of the things I love about Tremendous is the ability to choose between a bunch of different gift cards for different purposes - as most reps have differing preferences when it comes to where they prefer to shop. I also love that you can create customized campaigns that are easily repeatable and useful for frequent contests. It's great that you can share the campaigns between other managers as well, so that we can be streamlined in how we utilize the platform. I've never used a similar product to Tremendous, so I don't have much to compare it to, but it definitely beats tracking budgets and potentially over (or underpaying) reps. I don't think it's a Tremendous issue, and more just how my company uses it. I think sometimes the campaigns can get cluttered and we need to do some frequent clean-ups to ensure there arent a ton of random contests and prizes in the bank. What do you like best about Tremendous?

Tremendous is extremely easy to use. I enjoy giving employees their choice of gift cards, and I don't have to make separate purchases for them or be concerned with activation or loss of the card. The information is easily uploaded, and I like being able to set the time that I want the notice sent to the employee. I use Tremendous at least once a month for birthdays, and in addition, for contests and other events. Our Safety Department is now using Tremendous as well, upon HR's recommendation. Due to lack of issues, I have not had to use customer support, other than for instructions on adding/changing administrators and they were quick to respond with support. Needless to say, we have been extremely happy with our choice to use Tremendous and would recommend to other companies and organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

There really aren't many negatives. Some of our employees are technically challenged and we have to make sure that they have been able to access and choose their awards. What problems is Tremendous solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tremendous is definitely a great platform for being able to send someone money, digital rewards and even prepaid cards. It doesn't matter whether you are using it for business or personal purposes, it is still simple and easy to use. The payments go through decently fast and there are a variety of options to choose from how the other party receives their funds. Options include gift cards, direct deposit, Venmo so there are plenty of choices that the recipient has doesn't have a problem with the way that they get it. The website is easy to use so that shouldn't be an issue for most people. It doesn't really take that long to get adjusted to the interface so after a couple times of using it, the process takes only a couple of minutes. It also keeps a record of the transactions/history of what you have sent already. I haven't run into many issues so I can't say how customer service is (how quick they respond and how helpful they are) but I think that is probably a good thing in the long run. Overall, Tremendous delivers pretty well on what it is supposed to do and be, an easy-to-use way to send someone money and should cut down on errors that some platforms have like Cashapp or Venmo. What do you like best about Tremendous?

Tremendous is extremely user friendly. I feel anyone without any computer knowledge would be able to easily process a gift card with this software. Before the company switched to Tremendous, we were using another method, and it was very time-consuming and needed a lot of follow up so integrating to Tremendous was an easy decision to make .

This program allows you to set up templates which will allow you to provide a message to your clients when they receive the gift card. We took advantage of that option and set up the templates the day we began to use the program and that too was a very easy process.

Another great option provided is a template where you can enter the client’s name and the amount you want on the gift card. Once your template is complete, you can upload it to the program when you are processing your gift cards and now, we simply process a list of gift cards in just a few clicks.

We use tremendous very frequently and it has made our monthly process much easier! Their software provides so much more than just sending gift cards. You can look up cards you have sent, if a client states they didn’t receive a card, it gives you the option to resend it and if you have a bad email address, the program alerts you almost immediately which allows you to correct it before it may become a bad experience for a client.

You are provided with all the information you will need before you start sending gift cards for any possible question that may arise regarding their program and how the gift card process works.

Their Customer Support is quick to respond and very friendly.

I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to simplify sending gift cards yet having all the necessary tools at hand after the gift cards are sent if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tremendous?

I work for Assisting Hands HomeCare In Lee's Summit Missouri and i am a Staffing Coordinator. I use Tremendous a lot to send out gift cards to Caregiver's for doing a great job taking care of there clients. We also send out Tremendous gift cards for google reviews and other rewards.. We also use it to buy lunch for staff members for their accomplishment and birthdays! So fun! It's so exciting when you get an email stating you have received an email stating you have a gift card waiting for you from tremendous! It is like a fun surprise! Not boring at all! Tremendous

If you do lots or little events and use drawings, its the best tool to quickly send the winner the e-gift card! Easy poesy to send out an email!

With Tremendous it makes it easy to send them the link to their email or cellphone. Then the Caregiver's have quite the option of gift cards to choose from. It's so fun to be able to use Tremendous in a positive, and rewarding way. One of the things i like best is how the site is very easy to use! It is very straightforward. The vendors of Tremendous use wonderful vendors so that there can be a wide range of gift card choices to use. Several members of our company use it to be able to send e gift cards. Tremendous is well suited for businesses giving gift cards to employees as a reward or to research participants as thanks/compensation for their time. It's not like a cash sharing software between friends. It is also best for relatively small amounts of money because the sender runs the risk of sending the reward to the wrong email. I am amazed to find a product that is truly at NO cost and so easy to use. The platform goes from small spot rewards up to managing tax documents for larger awards. I wish all the software I used was this effective! The features in Tremendous are exceptionally useful and powerful!

I love that we can add information, ease of implementation, great customer service, frequency of use. The fact that the software makes it easy to bulk together different choices of gift cards for one order to different people, is phenomenal. Definitely makes the process easy to implement for frequency of use. With the price of how much the fee is at the local store to purchase just a single gift card, makes Tremendous the best resource and company to use. The fee's for purchasing 1 gift card at a local store is very high in price. I have told all my friends, neighbor, colleagues etc how amazing and easy Tremendous it is to use! Avoid the fee's and go with Tremendous. It is a no brainer. You don't have to leave your home to go out and buy a gift card anymore.

Tremendous also as a great response to any issues you may have! You can contact them by email and chat bot. They are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues or questions you may have!! You can track all your rewards you send out in one place! You can change and get refund as needed to! So many options and choices you have with using Tremendous. Another great tool is you can customize the amount you would like to send, the ease of this amazing integration is smart! The variety of options for redeeming digital gift cards especially, being able to donate it to charity) makes it appealing to wider proportion of people. This way it's a better incentive for our customers to participate in research activities. We can send gift cards quickly, as a team, without having to wait for accounting to send them as a batch (as we did previously with Amazon gift cards. It is also best for relatively small amounts of money because the sender runs the risk of sending the reward to the wrong email.

It saves the company time when we do not have to leave the office, to send out a gift card. It's literally a click of a button! How coinvent! As a company it is so important to be able to use software that is all around useful and cost affective to the business. Ease of implementations is so important to us as a whole company. I love how we can implement and had users to the account. Tracking and being able to verify who has redeemed/received their reward is vital and has saved us money from replacing physical gift cards we used to mail that may have been undeliverable.

I also like the option to control the benefits themselves and ability to prepare the reward in advance as it helps when I am sending a batch of rewards. Overall, Tremendous is a wonderful program/software to use. I would be lost in fee's and going into stores to search out different types of gift cards. Because not all stores have a lot of gift cards in stock and they all charge different fee's to use them! The product is simple to use and the best part is you don't have to be tech savy to use it! Don't waste your time using any other company but Tremendous. This is truly a blessing to have them for our company!! I love being able to use Tremendous every day! I get so excited to be able to send gift cards out. It truly makes my whole day/week to make someone smile! Its one of the most rewarding tools to look forward to using! What do you dislike about Tremendous?

I would love to see more personalization and more ways to pay for gift cards. That would be so helpful.

Another thing i would like to see is to be able to actually call and speak to an agent. I think speaking to an agent sets the tone for Tremendous Customer Service. I personally feel that works better for me. I dont always have time to text to chat or try to explain and sometimes it can be tough to text and not make it sound confusing. It would be so simple to just call

Not everyone likes to use email or chat. This would be helpful because some Caregiver's are not up to speed with technology or don't have access to internet.

When sending rewards to emails the receiver can sometimes be mistaken for spam. Another thing is he user interface can feel, at times, bulky/cumbersome. Perhaps fewer steps (drag and drop options, commonly used selections) to get through the selection and entry process would be helpful. Another idea would be able to combine the gift cards that are from the same stores. That would be a great tool so we don't have to keep track of each balance on every gift cards we have.
