Really like how responsive and helpful the Customer Support team is. Whenever our team has questions or runs into potential issues, the Tracker team is always available to assist and does so in a professional and friendly manner. - Most of the new features since 2020 are geared towards contract, temporary, and bulk recruitment, rather than full-time, permanent, and professional search. If your business is focused on permanent executive recruitment, there might be better systems out there.
- The priority seems to be on adding big, flashy features, but the important details for day-to-day use are being overlooked.

Tracker comes as an all-in-one solution, removing the need for our team to use multiple platforms (I'm sure you can understand that asking a recruiter to use one piece of tech is a challenge in itself), Tracker is constantly evolving and keeping up to date with the latest tools reducing the need for us to look elsewhere. First, the customer service. The fact that you can type in the message help ticker at the bottom and actually get a live person, instead of AI, is EXTREMELY useful!
I also love that you can click/drag a resume to their drop box and it automatically will create a candidate's profile for you, which saves tons of times.

I enjoy the dashboards the most - as it is a great to see how well a recruiter is performing day to day / month to month. The quick response from Eric today was also great, had my issue resolved in less than 20 mins. Being new to recruitment, I had never used an ATS before but I find tracker very easy to use. We've been working with Tracker for several years, and no matter how big they grow, they still offer a level of speed and responsiveness that I find so reassuring.
