I especially like the Slack integration. This allows us to be notified in real-time when users have questions, and when questions are answered. Searching on Stack Overflow for Teams is much easier than our other documentation tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every question is saved in one space and there is no need to ask those several times. First teammates can investigate general space and look for some solution if they won't be able to find then they can ad their question that can be further used by community. This makes it easier to share information when onboarding new employees or helping existing employees find answers to their questions.
