Having a centralized and searchable platform to keep documentation for one off popular questions our dev teams has. Glad we are able to answer our own questions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is too similar to the normal stackoverflow so sometimes I find myself navigating on the wrong site for longer than I wish before realizing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful is the search functionality, so our development team can search anything in a few seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What we don't like is the editor capabilities. It should be easier to register an answer (with code samples). It should be also possible to upload small files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very familiar for every software developer. We all get in contact with StackOverflow on a nearly daily basis so having a secure place to share the teams knowledge with a familiar interface is a win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the moment, you can't put a profile picture specific to just the team -- meaning that you can either include a personal picture, but have it be visible to the Internet in general, or you can have your cool picture on Stack Overflow appearing in a company space. Ability to select the best/most relevant answer but still keep the background provided by other ones. There are many people from different departments who can contribute knowledge to one question and with Stack Overflow for Teams we can see the whole picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mostly, we use this tool to answer problems we've solved and want to keep the solution internally.
