2 SeleniumBox (SBOX) Reviews

When our newer QA team was onboarded and learning the needs of the company, we realized we had a "green field" situation where we could pick the best tool for the job. After some initial conversations with our CISO, it was determined that, due to the nature of our test data, we would be best suited for an On Premise solution. I like that we have complete control and reduced latency for test validations, and it could provide us both headed and headless options for testing in browsers. We also had a very easy setup experience, guided by their expert team. This has allowed the QA team to be very productive in designing the test frameworks -- and not worry about keeping the test infrastructure maintained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like better out-of-the-box reporting options. I like a few of the options provided, but I'd like to have some more quick reports available to me without larger configurations in Kibana.
I'd also like to see better role/control management at a per-user level. Access and role management seems like a great opportunity for SBOX to scale at an enterprise utilization level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. It will be good if SSO is supported to login to Selenium Box.

3. There should be back up person to work on a ticket if someone goes on vacation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
