The most helpful feature of QuickBooks Desktop Pro is that it is very flexible. It is easy to configure invoicing, banking, expenses, employees, reports and taxes in QuickBooks. However, the most appreciable quality of QuickBooks is that, unlike other ERPs, it is very easy to implement. Maintaining QuickBooks is easy and doesn't require a dedicated support team. One best thing about QuickBooks Desktop Pro is that it is moderately priced, and its pricing plans suit startups and small-sized enterprises. To get such a robust accounting engine at that price point is impossible. Compared to its competitors, QuickBooks offer better accounting reports, product support, and system stability. The one thing that QuickBooks finds challenging to handle is the high volume of master data. QuickBooks works perfectly with fewer suppliers, customers and transactional data. While QuickBooks realise most bookkeeping features, it doesn't offer many third-party integration opportunities.
