1. It is that it is a locally installed program and doesn't offer the benefits of using a cloud-based program.

The data hour entry can be confusing initially; For example, if you enter 8.15 hours, it will enter as 8 hours and 9 minutes, whereas if you enter 8.25 hours, it enters as 8 hours and . I dislike the fact that you cannot create and print previous year tax forms because the system only allows for a year update at a time and doesn't store the old information.
