I tried a few RMMs before landing on Pulseway. I was surprised by how easy it was to deploy and set up my environment. I was initially attracted to Pulseway due to the attractive pricing. Bigger RMMs were more expensive per seat than Pulseway, and I didn't have the seat volume to negotiate the price down. Pulseway's pricing was very straightforward, and honestly, it's pretty refreshing to deal with it that way. After the first year or two, I got a 3-year contract, and I'm quite happy I did.
I currently use it to update Windows workstations, manage other programs through patch management, set up alerts, remote access, deploy and uninstall programs, and I even use it for some security features like ransomware detection. Support has always been fantastic and available to help or even brainstorm with me on how to accomplish something. As a smaller user, their support even calls me quarterly to discuss any issues I may be having. It's reassuring that they are adding integrations and additional features so often. They have regular webinars from partners to explain new functionality or just to explain new features of the pulseway platfrom.
Their programmatic workflow feature is pretty interesting. You can make a workflow with multiple events and make it do some really cool things, e.g., if this process is active, do this; else, do this, then this. Another thing to consider is that this platform's UI and app support are top-notch compared to other RMM solutions I've seen. As someone who is not glued to my desk, I really appreciate having so much control via my phone. Overall, I've used the platform for quite a few years now, and it has my confidence.
