What do you like best about PhpStorm?

- Personally I use all the Jetbrains IDEs, they seem to me the best without a doubt to program in any programming language, in this case, in my work, we all have PHPStorm with the paid license structural completion and word expansion The interface is easy to understand and you can get working pretty quickly after getting into the software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhpStorm?

- I had some problems trying to debug my code Another thing I don't like is the syntax of the code in Spanish, I haven't been able to make the natural writing in Spanish recognize me as correct. There's nothing I disliked about the program so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- It can be expensive for some but it's worth the price you pay. This is especially true for full-stack developers as this offers a wide-range of very needed tools. What do you like best about PhpStorm?

- Sincerely, all Jetbrains IDEs seem to be of the best quality in their field, but I am loving everything about PhpStorm. The pleasant aspect of PhpStorm is the ease with which you can build packages; in my case, I use it with Symfony and it has a plugin that makes the work easier. What do you dislike about PhpStorm?

- It is a bit heavy to use an IDE editor or code, and that is why many people avoid it, but, in fact, it will save time in the long run. The IDE is crucial when your project is very large and you deal with many dependencies with a composer. Sometimes, the program has a large memory usage and sometimes it gets a bit slow on my computer, usually when I work with large files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PhpStorm:

- Although there is a small cost to purchase the license, I feel that it is worth the money. It is good software, but you really need it. It is easy to manage, a great community that helps, several plugins to assist you with your favorite language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- We are always up to date. Our entire development team is using PHPStorm after years of using other IDEs. We build PHP websites in our company. What do you like best about PhpStorm?

All the usual features of the IDE work well, good error prevention, autocomplete, and search functions. Especially useful for quickly cleaning up contributed or old code to new standards. Although it may seem quite difficult to use (depending on the IDE you come from) at the moment you master its use, it is quite comfortable to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhpStorm?

With a client update, a design update, and better memory usage of the mobile device, it can become one of the best IDEs. The downside of PHPStorm is that it can seem a bit difficult to use at first, especially after coding with TextEdit for so long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PhpStorm:

Mainly, I recommend this program for mid-level and senior GC developers, not necessarily as the best option for beginners and young people. I like that it is very easy to use, It also supports other front-end languages like Angular.js, React, and jQuery

What do you like best about PhpStorm?

Most Ides i have work with before PhpStorm were just painful to work with. However in PhpStorm debugging is fast and not hard to configure, has good code completion so it removes the pain that most php ides share, it also includes HTML and JS support for whenever you are developing a full webpage. What do you like best about PhpStorm?

After job change I needed to switch to PhpStorm. In my previous workplace I was using on Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code. I thought that change will be hard, but to be honest I hadn't any bigger issues with this change. To sum up, the best thing in this tool is that PhpStorm is very user friendly.

Other nice thing is that PhpStorm has built-in dark mode. In my opinion this is very comfortable when you need to coding for whole days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhpStorm?
