We use the product on the daily to help us track JIRAs in Salesforce cases. When you have dozens of tickets on your plate at one time, having the ability to monitor JIRA statuses in Salesforce streamlines the info in an easily digestible way giving you a quick idea of the progress of the JIRA without the need to check it directly. Being able to create JIRAs directly in Salesforce is also a huge feature we utilize, giving us flexibility in how we create JIRAs. Peeklogic offers a simple way of creating Jiras by consolidating everything in one platform, allowing for efficient linkage between Jira and Salesforce tickets and facilitating the attachment of multiple tickets to one Jira, saving time in the process. To date we have not found anything to dislike. At best some of the functionality is different than the current solution, but the architecture it is based on, like standard page layouts, justifies the difference. It has visual components on both ends + very flexible to configure multiple projects/issues (including triggered events). the configuration screens are user friendly so it's easy to tweak in a no-code style.

This product is very easy to install, setup, and deploy to your users. With an array of functionality including field mapping, automations, and project management without ever leaving salesforce. This has been an essential part of our business process since we installed. Support is top tier with most issues being resolved the same day. Very easy product to integrate with. The Peeklogic Salesforce to Jira connector provides great flexibility to accommodate the various use cases between our support teams in Salesforce and product development team in Jira.
The connector provides the two-way integration between customer support and product development to effectively address defects (salesforce cases) reported by our customers, through both manual and automated record associations. Also, it is not limited to just case or standard objects, but any custom object in Salesforce.
Most of the configuration, flows, etc. is on the Salesforce platform, and as a developer on the platform it's great to have that level of control.
Probably the most impressive part of our experience as we move closer to deploying our solution, is the level of support and consulting from Peeklogic. They have been very prompt in addressing our requirements and guiding us on how we can address our more complicated use cases from our business process.

Linking Salesforce with Jira has never been easier. The tool is fast and easy to use. We use it to track how many accounts are impacted by specific bugs, which makes it much easier to understand the bugs impact.
