The Peeklogic Saleforce > Jira connector has allowed us to automate the creation and updating of cases and tickets between the two systems with minimal fuss or even awareness from the users. Setup was straightforward and well documented, and whilst there is a time investment required to align the necessary Jira projects and Cases, and to set up the necessary automation, the Peeklogic team have been on-hand to help with configuration with very fast responses. I had been led to believe more of the setup would be carried out by the Peeklogic team. Configuration had been straightforward enough that I was able to manage it myself (albeit with support from documentation and the Peeklogic team), but it took time from working on other elements of the project. The integration is super intuitive, and it automates Account/Contact/Product/Opprtunity data syncing between both platforms, which saves a ton of time and money comparing to other solutions on the market (like, 3rd party ETL tools). It makes managing sales orders, invoices, and customer data much more efficient, so everything stays in sync without extra efforts. It works in almost real time. Using this app, we can create Jira issues from Salesforce Opportunities and check the status updates of the created Jira issues in Salesforce almost in real-time. This allows us to integrate tasks that require technical support for Salesforce Opportunities.
We have established and started using a more detailed workflow process through this app as follows:
1. We can immediately create Jira issues from Salesforce Opportunities, allowing us to escalate any technical support needs right away.
2. To facilitate this feature, we easily resolved it by creating a Formula Object in Salesforce to ensure the field formats match with those in Jira.
3. The fields in Jira are instantly synchronized through the Peeklogic Jira Connector, making it easy to connect with Salesforce Objects.
4. When creating a Jira issue, we manually map each field and add read-only settings to ensure that the information synchronizes with Salesforce Opportunity data. We also configured fields that can be filled out by the requester.
5. When the Salesforce Opportunity information is updated, we can automatically synchronize the information with the created issue using Salesforce Flow and the Peeklogic Jira Connector APEX available in Flow.
6. We can now view Jira information from the corresponding Opportunity almost in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface to setup the logic, projects, and others are not that intuitive. Requires alot of support from peeklogic team when implement for the first time. Additionally the pricing increase is pretty unreasonable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The setup process is quite cumbersome but that just typical Salesforce integration stuff. You have to create named credentials, auth providers, connected apps. Go back and forth between Salesforce and Jira, but you need to communicate with a jira admin because you might not have the correct rights, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of this tool is how flexible it is. You can create Jira issues on the salesforce side manually via a form that you customize according to your object configuration. Or you can set issues up to be automatically created when certain conditions occur. The peeklogic team is really responsive and super helpful when it comes to answering all of our questions.
