I feel the it is slightly overpriced compared to it's competitors. The interface could have been little bit more intuitive. As it is on Prem it would require a dedicated Database Administrator to manage efficiently. The cloud based solutions are easier to use and comes with support. What do you dislike about Oracle EBS CRM?

Because Oracle EBS covers all business functions, it was implemented as a single-use SaaS for our company, but it does not have the needed functionality to handle a Depot Repair program. It is inflexible, does not scale with high volume, and data entry errors are not easily fixed.
