It is extensive in it's scope of different areas Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The old technological stack and the need to pay to use SOAP Services since 12.2 which was free before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Oracle EBS CRM?

I love that everything is very systematic. It's very easy to keep track of what you're doing. We use the product daily and it was simple to learn within 2-3 days with ease. Before using the program I had no prior experience with it, but now it has become second nature and I can navigate with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle EBS CRM?

I dislike how clicking the wrong boxes can mess up your hotkeys and you must exit the window to fix the issue. If you're this can be fixed the product will be better by tenfold. Hopefully this is something that can be addressed in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
