Other than the basic things you'd expect with a PEO provider, Omni really doesn't have much to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's almost impossible to get hold of anyone at Omni. Their billing system is a mess and have invoices us wrongly almost every other month. Trying to get them to refund us any extra amounts they owe us is an absolute nightmare.
They really need to sort out their operations and customer success teams. Takes ages for anyone to reply to anything.
