What do you like best about Omnipresent?

The speed of setup was good and the Team are responsive on topics they are comfotable with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lacking knowledge on even some of the most basic topics for European Payroll and Social Security. When they don't know something they just stop responding and let deadlines go by with no communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Omnipresent:

Be sure they can do what they are commiting to, and insist on seeing test payslips in each market where you plan to use them before you put any employees onboard. The services we signed up for and the reality of what we received were very different. This also meant that what we commited to our employees before they signed employment contracts couldn't be done. Be sure the savings versus setting up your own local entities are real. If you have a more scaled setup consider one of the more established players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

I really like the fact that they allow us, international candidates, to have the opportunity to get hired by another country without leaving our own, and the process is easy and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even though the onboarding was a smooth experience, having to deal with the missing payslips or having to ask for adjustments in my payments is bugging and exhausting. I waste a lot of time asking for solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Omnipresent only offer an employee model (vs contractors and employees) which won us over because it means that we're more inclined to be compliant in the countries we engage with. Their OmniAtlas and consultant driven partnership has enabled us to make practical and sensible decisions for our global expansion into countries we have no expectation of opening an entity within.

They don't want to replace a HRIS, and one of the very few (if not only) that currently integrates with a HRIS like HiBob. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
