What do you like best about Observe.AI?

The fact that their team takes care of the code behind the speech analytics tool. We just input the phrases and they take care of the rest. Previously we had to input the syntax code ourselves which was a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

Since using Observe.Ai in this new updated version I think there is no dislikes for me to share. Last time I'd raise a suggestion about their security method and after the suggestion they fixed it as soon as possible and now I really have no issues encountered using this very good flatform. What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I like that Observe.AI has the scripting of the call. It is very well managed and very efficient. i like the format of the whole app in itself. How it is placed and displayed. I like how the app also presents the calls and evaluations on the buttons. It also allows us to analyze dta and check our work. Another great thing about this app that i really like is that it allows us to edit the submitted form even tho it has already been submitted. I like that it is also so easy to access and use. They really did a number of great things on this app. Very useful and helpful. I also really like how the calls scrpting has call tags as well. it shows the conversation shown on the Tags it is under. This helps us find what we need and be able to be more efficient in our work. I also like that every part of the call scripting has already been organized into a paragraph basing on the Call Tags it is under. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

To be honest although everything was all really good with this app (Observe.AI) the only thing that i would highly recommend is for it to have the callback present on the data as well. It is very dishearthening when we cant find the rest of the call prersent on the cll. There are timses when a call isnt complete on one call Id so we need to find the other call between the agent and the shopper. It is very disadvantageous when it isnt included. I also found that while ive been using Observe.AI that it actualy sometimes do not present the whole entirety of the call and is missing some data and the some recording in iut. This makes it a little frustrating to use. Honestly these are really big issues but it can be fixed hopefully. I dont like that ill have to open another app to finish my work because Observe.AI isn't capable of meeting my needs. But then again this only happens sometimes on the call. But as quality auditors, it would really be better is everything was already completed and there arent anything missing on the calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Observe.AI?

Observe.ai is very helpful when it comes to evaluating calls especially it has a transcriptions and it is a user friendly, easy to access compared to other tool we used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

Sometimes observe.ai is not accurate in terms of timestamp and the captcha is difficult to answer, it always says error even you selected the correct one, and when it comes to transcription of numbers, for me it is better if its a digit not in words. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Observe.AI?

The information I get from observe for coaching has made my outbound department grow. I never was able to get the information I had without manually listening to 100's of calls that I did not have time for. This gives me more time for other things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Observe.AI?

What I’m amazed about this tool and makes it beneficial because it’s a one in all tool. From the recorded call down to the transcription to the evaluation form all in one and you could multi task it even not using other window. All in one screen and your work is done flawlessly. It really helps me to evaluate the calls more accurately and more define. The words that we are confused on the calls are transcribe which help us to see and evaluate accurately. What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

The only thing that I can say that I dislike about the tool are the late data’s and unfished complete call flow (not including callback). This somehow delays our OAI uploads and sometimes weeks it takes for the data to be upload. But this happens often so considerable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
