What do you dislike about NextProcess AP Automation?
customer service was terrible, we were plagued with errors and constantly had to review each invoice from the vendor to make sure we were being billed appropriately. Implementation was a nightmare, especially regarding workflows. Field was constantly complaining about ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
