The worst issue: Difficult to handle non-time reports (e.g. x-axis is some segment and not a timeline)

If this will be fixed, we'll be much more motivated to abandon Looker and move solely to Mixpanel

I suggest allowing global filters for selected reports within a dashboard. This would enable changing the filter value to update only relevant reports, without manually saving each one.

For example, when creating a dashboard for an A/B test, some reports may include pre-test data while others contain actual test data.

At present, I need to set a global filter on the dashboard and then manually enter each report to tap "save" for the relevant reports, subsequently canceling the global filter. This process is time-consuming and could be streamlined significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mixpanel is a solid alternative to Amplitude, offering a simpler, more user-friendly interface. It provides an excellent experience for event tracking and analytics—without the steep learning curve common to other platforms. It has all the features you need, yet remains easy to use. Lately, they changed their free plan, making Mixpanel very difficult for many growing businesses, including ours. That said, the Mixpanel team did step in to help us enroll in their Startup Program, which grants us a free year with additional feautures. While this eases the burden in the short term, the underlying pricing challenge remains for long-term users once the Startup Program ends. The core issue for us is that push notifications (which we use heavily) generate a high volume of events, causing us to quickly exceed our limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
