Maximo's core functionality is expansive and provides more than what's required for most companies to accomplish their asset management objectives. Sometimes when reporting "bugs" to support, we are told "that's working as designed", that's probably the most frustrating, but this is not always the case. As well, I would love if within the work flow canvas that you could select the end of an action line and drag it to a new node instead of having to delete and recreate them.
