Maximo is complex- a truy powerful shell for data and work flows. It's vital in many of our daily business decisions at our large public utility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Maximo Application Suite?

Maximo needs a complete U/X refresh. It's difficult to retrieve information, users must go through multiple screens, the lack of visuals and discrete business decisonmaking capability in a short timeframe is not acceptible in today's tech environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM Maximo Application Suite?

Maximo is vast. it is in virtually every industry, and covers not just everything MRO. Procurement of production related parts for example, can and is done in Maximo. Not typically where I expect someone to start, but it happens. There is often too much for an organization to get into at once, so it is usually better to determine the best processes to automate, and prioritize to what level you will go. The tool has some out of the box functionality to meet you AEM needs, but is also very configurable which is great, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
