What I like best about IBM Maximo Application Suite is how it brings everything together into a unified, modern platform. The integration of AI, mobile, and scheduling tools within the same environment really enhances operational efficiency. It’s built for scale, and when configured well, it can transform how maintenance and asset management are delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about IBM Maximo Application Suite is that some parts still feel overly complex or not fully intuitive -especially during initial setup or when enabling newer features. The reliance on technical skills for configuration can be a barrier, and documentation doesn’t always keep pace with the product’s evolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Compared to other platforms, IBM Maximo's mobile application is not that impressive. For medium and small-scale companies it can be a little difficult to understand and use. To me, what was the most impressive thing in IBM Maximo Application Suite is the powerful AI-driven predictive maintenance it demonstrates. The suite applies advanced analytics and IoT integrations in proactive asset management and monitoring to seriously reduce downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Besides, the flexibility it provides for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployment makes it adaptable to different business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most irritating thing I have used so far with IBM Maximo Application Suite includes the strong learning curve, at elaboration in implementation, which requires so much time and resources and technical expertise necessary in setup and configuration of the system. It can be somewhat contradictory for smaller organizations with only a few or limited IT support. Besides this, it also can be costly for those on the tighter budgets of businesses.
