HackerRank has been a game changer for our interview process and has make itso much easier! Being able to screen candidates has freed up time we really didn't have for my tech interviewers. The platform is easy to use and the question bank supplied is extremely helpful. I also appreciate the features that show you when copy/paste and plagarism are detected. The IDE can detect when things are copied into the code from outside the IDE tab, so it might be helpful if there was a way to optionally lock the "Paste" action on assessments to prevent users from pasting solutions into the code. We want them to work in the IDE, not copy things from local or ChatGPT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recording what the user types and being able to navigate back and forth in time it's a very useful tool to show when a candidate was stuck and how long it took to resolve and issue and comparing the before/after code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
