The variety of questions which hackerearth provides is the most thing I like and all the different hiring oppurtunitues which is provides is also awesome. Its Job posting from very lartge giants in the It market to startips are really helping job finders to get their favourite jobs. The Monthly circuits which it organises is also very good.It provide very good amount of data structure and algorithm questions. In the Hiring challenges if all colleges are added in the list then that will be great other than that no dislikes. If the stack size of the Java can be improved then also it will be very good as when a simple dfs recursion is called it gives nzec but same problem in cpp passes. I like the UI of HackerEarth alot, it's so attractive and easy to use. The questions available are very well categorised and have wide ranging difficulty level, from simple questions on array to complex questions on advanced data structures like trees. HackerEarth hosts challenging monthly contests, but apart from these other contests are also regularly held on this platform by colleges and companies which is a huge plus point. I cannot think of anything that I dislike about HackerEarth as such, but it would be great if the number of contests conducted by HackerEarth were increased. Also, more series like Code Monk in the future would be very much appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hackerearth has risen to become the most acknowledged platform for Indian developer hiring scene. This includes hackathons and recruitment challenges for many different fields of engineering in India(especially computer science), and for applicants of all levels of experience(from students to professionals).
Apart from this, Hackerearth has always stayed true to its core principle of increasing the competitive coding culture in India with utmost dedication! As a competitive programmer, the practise section of Hackerearth is what I love the most. With all its blogs and detailed explanations on every subject, I think it has everything a coder needs to excel in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The huge number of hackathons and other challenges running on the platform may sometimes take-away the spotlight from its competitive coding segment, which I feel hinders its popularity among the best competitive coders of the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been doing coding on hackerearth from almost 2 years, it is really great platform for developing your coding skill easily . The best and unique thing about hackerearth is , It provides the theory and algorithms of coding problems and after learning the algo you can easily learn the concepts level by level easily. It contains very very nice and Conceptuals questions which will definetly boost up your concepts and question solving capacity easily . I cleared 2 coding internships interview by only practicing on hackerearth platform only , So i strongly recommend you all to use this platform . Happy Coding !!!! 1. The Practice tab in Hackerearth Homepage is best if compared with other platforms like IB and LeetCode.
2. Since the explanation is very well written with the help of diagrams and examples.
Organizing a contest on HAckerearth is very easy. Short contest problems are very informative.
3. Almost all companies hiring in our college use Hackerearth platform for the requirement.
I think H . E should organize the problems like in Code forces F . For ex: A B C D E F. or else ladder is a perfect example for practicing the Questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. The HE articles can be posted on the Homepage of hacker earth website ( which includes trending articles).
2. Being a contest organizer, wanted to say that the recruiter portal (UI) can be improved.
Else everything is perfect.
3. Questions should be categorized like code forces (A, B, C, D, E, F).
4. Editorials for all the problems should be provided with proper explanations.
5. Student/College ranking in HE can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the best website where a non-programmer gets an interest to become a programmer. Because of hackerearth, I became a passionate programmer where I came to know about my hidden skills. Increased my problem solving skills and developed a "can do" attitude and "want to do" attitude. The problems that was present in hackerearth was really very good because the difficulty level ranges from very easy to hard and it tests each every topic. Because of this we can be expert in each and every skill. The main feature I love is we can able to see other developers solution, which makes us to understand that we can solve problems in different ways and we can understand how to optimize a solution. There is nothing like I disliked. Because everything was excellent. This is one of the best place where we can be developed and become excellent in our technical skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bast part of this platform is the most user-friendly UI. If you are new on this platform, Don't worry, you can easily understand each and everything by yourself. Great practice section where each and every necessary topic is listed with a proper tutorial and lots of practice problems. There are three Monthly competitions which are very helpful because in these competitions questions are mixed in term of hardness level as well as concepts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My overall experience is positive on Hackerearth but, Nobody is perfect. There are some points which can be improved in the future. First is Delay in rating updates and second is there are some UI bugs which irritates me sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using HackerEarth for a period now. Since i'm in fourth year i do coding practice. The best thing is that we can apply for hackathons, recruitments and other tests to test our skills. Thus everytime we participate we have an urge to do it again and win. Hence the platform is great as it provides us with opportunities with an user friendly interface. I would not say dislike but yes while attempting a recent challenge i experienced that in one of the question the sample provided did not match the explained with a little ambiguity. So yes, this may be a thing to focus on as the sample plays a very important role in a test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most favourite thing about Hackerearth is that it organizes exciting hackathons that boost the knowledge of individuals. The other good thing about Hackerearth is that it organizes short as well as long timed challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I thing there is no any area where Hackerearth lags from other competitive programming websites/platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the most helpful about hackerearth that is provide large no. of hackathons to compete, to understand the competition and the real world problem's solutions ,its reasons to be the best for the person to explore and an iniative to do the things .There is a lot of company hiring going on the Challenges section, sit in the Hiring events and if you clear it and eligible as per the requirement you get to move with the respective company’s hiring process.
Recent two features added to the platform I like them the most :
CODEARENA : This event always active on the challenge section you get to fight on a problem with an opponent of your standard provided dynamically. There is a problem statement and time provided for it to solve the one who solves it first wins. if no one solves then draw.
CIRCLES: This thing over provides you to learn better with your friends you can create a circle among your friends and have challenges among themselves. You can control who can be in your circle, collaborate to achieve a common goal, etc.
Other than this you can go through the previous challenges, Couldn’t solve the problem you can go through the Editorials in that problem (Most of the problems have Editorial) and learn how to tackle that kind of problem in the most efficient way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HackerEarth has been around for sometime trying to solve problems for developer community and assessments space. For the amount of time spent, growth hasn't found its animal spirits yet. That needs to solved asap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
