What do you like best about hackajob?

What I like the most about Hackajob is that it does an excellent job in matching highly relevant candidates at a rapid pace to each job post we share on the platform.

As a recruiter, this allows us to work with greater efficiency and hit our goals, as well as provide a better overall experience for each candidate we work with. This is thanks to the superb support given by the Hackajob Team, through weekly check-ins and scheduling support. Overall, the end-to-end process delivered by Hackajob is seemless and I have already welcomed some fantastic talent into our business thanks to the platform.

What do you dislike about hackajob?

Nothing! The platform is easy to use and all the supporting staff are very approachable! Mostly all search adjustments and interview requests can be handled individually within the platform, so it is really simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about hackajob?

I initially encountered hackajob when searching for a different sourcing platform. The first result said 'hackajob is so much better', which caught my attention.

For context, I'm a sole TA in a high-growth software development company of c.120. Like many others, we struggled to recruit developers, relying on agencies, network and LinkedIn approaches.

Enter HJ..... game changer! We have a very niche requirement, but we've met so many high calibre, diverse candidates via the platform and made an exceptional hire in week 3 of the 4 week free trial. I'm sure in there's many more to come - we had another candidate accept an offer about 15 minutes ago 🤩

What do you like best about hackajob?

Hackajob has had a significant impact on hiring some of the top tech candidates in the UK market. It has provided us with a broad and diverse talent pool to help us source and match candidates across the tech platform. It has helped us identify niche skillsets and candidates that aren't active in the job market. One of the top things about the tool is the candidate engagement and response rate, where it effectively converts your job requirements into a candidate pipeline. There is also a brilliant human-centric approach whereby you get very quick responses from their customer success team (Jaz being one!). What do you dislike about hackajob?

I'm aware that some organisations have ATS' that can be integrated with Hackajob which is a massive advantage. For those who don't have the right ATS, it can be quite a manual and transactional activity managing candidate pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about hackajob?

The Source product suite has a simple layout and is easy to use on a regular basis. You can add roles then specify the skills, location and other details required to find more relevant matches To get the most out of the Hackajob Source function, each morning I login and work my way through the matches provided and there are always new matches. If the matches are not quite right then I am able to adjust the skill sets or reach out to our Account Manager to take a look. Matches sometimes struggle to see our messages, company page or job descriptions. Usually talk candidates through how to find and notify Hackajob of such candidates who may need additional support with platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about hackajob?

Hackajob has been our go-to platform to find good quality candidates across various disciplines – from software engineering and quality assurance to cyber security and data.

It’s a very easy platform to use, taking away a lot of the pain of reaching out to candidates and, more importantly, getting a response in such a competitive market.

The interview functionality – asking candidates to propose times that work for them and then syncing with your calendar - is another timesaver. It allows me to focus my time where I can add the most value.

The support we’ve had from Taylor, our Customer Success Manager, has been fantastic. She always ensures we get the most out of the platform and has been absolutely essential in making sure we’re always set up for success

Not really a 'dislike', but it would be an even better platform if we were able to integrate it with our ATS. There are some systems that can be integrated so hopefully, they'll add more to that list Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hackajob is a great tool for us here at Zaizi and has been an instrumental tool in hiring the best talent on the market. I like the personal touch that we have a customer success manager that checks in with us on a weekly basis to find out where we are in the process with candidates. There are active, engaged candidates in niche technology areas that you can contact and schedule interviews with using the easy to use platform. The best thing about the platform is the excellent service you receive. James is always on hand to help tailor searches, suggest candidates and work with me to get the right match for my vacancies. What do you dislike about hackajob?

There is little to dislike about the platform or the service you get, but there are some roles that Hackajob isn't the best for, but they are really honest about this and will always advise you which positions are probably best left off the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about hackajob?

We have used Hackajob for almost six months, and it is undoubtedly one of the best platforms we have access to. It has made hiring into our Tech teams so much easier and also helps to reduce our sourcing time.

The quality of candidates coming through is brilliant, and we have managed to move more candidates into the process since using Hackajob.

The platform is straightforward to use for the entire recruitment cycle. Like the customisation available, allowing you to tweak job requirements and technical skills depending on your position. Matching candidates to roles is super easy and the platform allows you to set up next stages to progress the candidates with ease.
