What do you like best about hackajob?

The Hackajob team are amazing- they really do feel like an extension of your internal Talent Team who are rooting for your success. It is very useful that you can see how long candidates have been on the market for as knowing you have caught them withint 1 or 2 days is great. The platform is so user friendly and the team are always on hand to support with tweaking role set up etc to increase your matches. We also use the technical testing function which has had some great feedback from our Dev Team. Hackajob helps me as a Recruiter find qualified candidates, who are already pre screened for difficult tech roles. It is an added resourse that is a tremendous help. Hackajob is one of the best tools we use for Tech recruitment. It makes sourcing candidates much slicker & easier. The candidates that it suggests us are typically bang on to what we are looking for, instead of having to scroll through 100's of candidates (like on other platforms) Hackajob gives us suitable candidates from the get go! What do you dislike about hackajob?

Overall the platform is great and I do not have any major issues with it. One of the only things is candidates salaries. I find they are much higher than what the candidate is looing for.
