What do you like best about hackajob?

It is a really important addition to our sourcing toolkit. The platform is easy to use with a consistent stream of well matched, relevant candidates.

What do you like best about hackajob?

I love Hackajob, its a great tool and one I simply cannot live without as an internal recruiter specialising in software. Two of my favourite reasons for using the platform is that its candidate led and that agency recruiters and all that goes with them are not allowed on the platform. What do you like best about hackajob?

It's reduced both our time to hire and cost per hire, and it's particularly helpful that outreach and scheduling contact/interviews can all be done through the platform. What problems is hackajob solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cost per hire and time to hire are two particular highlights. It's definitely increasing our volume in the engineering/technical space. Marketing has also been a focal point as of late, and using the Brand tool has been great in supporting that, with one of our Tech Leads giving a talk at the recent DevLab with excellent engagement. The platform is very friendly to navigate around and gives a range of active candidates with detailed profiles.

hackajob is easy to use. You get daily matches to candidates for the job. The account managers are accommodating, and if you can't get ahold of a candidate, they will reach out to the candidates to give them a nudge. Sometimes get a few miss matches. For example, level of experience compared to salary expectations.

What do you like best about hackajob?

Hackajob has been one of the most suitable tech sourcing platforms in the UK market. It provides a deep talent pool across multiple areas, particularly robust with Engineering and Data roles. It is also helpful for other fields like Product, UX/UI or Cloud Engineering / Devops.

What do you dislike about hackajob?

Unfortunately, depending on what ATS you're using, you may not have integration yet with the platform, which will increase the manual activity of your team. Really helped us to drive better engagement with candidates in the tech space. It has enabled the team to become more productive as it helped them focus on sourcing the candidates with the right fit and expectations and with much higher conversion rates in our processes.
