Gusto has been AMAZING!
I am severely disabled when it comes to payroll, taxes, onboarding and the like. But Gusto has made the process SO much easier and they've been very helpful to reach out and check on me and my progress this entire time.

Unreliable and uninformed customer service and no wiggle room on their features or what they can offer. For example, they cannot administer some benefit plans that aren't 100% employer funded and there are very limited options for PTO administration. They also provide consistently inaccurate reporting for payroll and made an error on our tax documents causing us to spend more money for our outside accountant to straighten things out.
