What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase?

Very little, we have been on the system since 2011 and hope to move to a new system in 2022. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase?

The support staff has gone downhill since Deltek purchased the company. Multiple INCORRECT answers to software and accounting related questions in reference to the way ComputerEase handles certain transactions. When we ask for documentation, we are told there is none available. When we have followed the support dept. instructions and then had issues, no one is accountable at ComputerEase and we are basically on our own to fix the corresponding issues. We are very disappointed with this company and their inability to support their product with the Customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lacks innovation. The new features it releases such as Expenese Ease and the Employee Hub are very slow to get any new features and what features they say are going to be released are not very feature rich and have been stuck in permenent hold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
