What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase?

We have the cloud based one and its nice to have that. Its somewhat easy to use for accounting software. Support is locally based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase?

Not as user friendly as others. We have almost outgrown the software and it doesent do everything we want. Cloud based software isnt browser based- uses not so great citrix. Support can be slow and hard to get ahold of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Antiquated software for sure - not user friendly, the interface is outdated and it is not easy to export data to other formats. Entry screens are outdated and finding data that has already been entered can be complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can produce a lot of nice reports which can be helpful. I also LOVE that it communicates with a field software, thatis so helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The training for the software was subpar. I had to learn most of what I know myself, which took time I didnt have. I am still wanting to learn more,but there just isnt a huge knowledge database, or forum to search or share tips and tricks. Alot of the stuff in computerease just needs to be improved. What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase?

It has all of the features that I need to track and monitor costs on current and past projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase?

The software is no where near intuitive. I am no slouch with software, but I have a hard time peeling back all of the onion layers required to run even basic reports unless someone shows me and even then finding my way back to the location of said report is a chore. I understand the capabilities of the software however in my opinion the user interface is so bad, I cant think of another software that is worse than this that I use on a regular basis. I have asked my boss for training and even he only knows what he has specifically been trained to do on it and basically has given up on fully understanding the software. A major flaw is that the software is so specific to what you are searching, that you have to cast a gigantic net and then manually scroll through pages and pages of data to track down the info you are looking for. I disagree with the organization, execution and lack of support of this software. My only guess is it must be crazy cheap because I cant think of another reason that my company would own this!
